Could you please explain sub drop to me? I'm a brand new Little and honestly nobody i have asked has given me an explanation i can identify with. When Daddy and I started I would feel so lonely sometimes when we would play or i would do tasks for him and feel like I got nothing out of it. I get depressed when I don't get enough attention from him... Is that sub drop? Really looking for a defined explanation :c

when you are in little space and playing, or in hardcore submission sexually, you get a release of endorphins and other happy hormones. You are also in regression mentally.

if you are suddenly taken out of little space for any reason, the endorphin crash and sudden end to the regression can cause what we call sub-drop. Where you can become very upset, depressed, even worse. Physically you may get tremors, sickness, and incontinence. 

it is similar to a come-down, or going without a drink as an alcoholic. 

to deal with this you should bring yourself out, (or be brought out by your dom if you have one) from little space slowly with ‘aftercare' 

cuddles, a snack, and drink, and relaxation time. 

during hardcore sexual submission you can feel totally controlled by your dom, subdrop from this can make you feel abused and punished. 

in the same way dom-drop makes a dom feel abusive and aggressive.
