Life's been a little hectic so being on here has taken a major backseat. :') Sorry for those that are waiting on things (IC and OOC). My activity is probably gonna continue to be super sporadic and random for a bit. So thanks everyone for being super patient with me. 🩵

I've still got Shadow Ops Goro on the brain. So what if he joins and is kind of taken under Mitsuru's wing. I feel like she can give that familiar bond he had with Sae in a sense. But that she also has more of an understanding due to dealing with Personas herself. She's tough when she needs to be and strong, but also very caring. And I just think that's a mentor figure Goro needs in his life and would appreciate her helpful yet blunt mannerisms. She's also someone I think Goro can relate to even if their circumstances are vastly different.

Goro doesn't really believe in things like magic or fortunes. He also doesn't really believe in higher beings (even though something gave him his powers). So he knows to an extent that the impossible can be possible, but there's just certain things that he thinks are total shams. Psychics for example are one of those things. He doesn't believe some stranger can know your past and future. He also doesn't really believe in aliens or cryptids. This doesn't include the shadows and Personas that exist in the Metaverse, but he doesn't count those as the actual deal and just to be based around them from public cognition. If there's not research, logic, and proof behind it he doesn't believe it to be true. It doesn't mean he won't talk about myths and legends, but he doesn't particularly take them as truth. It's just not something he cares to believe in nor does it really matter to him.

Slight P5T DLC spoilers, but I had an idea!! What if after everything in canon is Guernica found Goro? Like what if reality reverted, the stuff in the DLC already passed, and Guernica remembers them? She remembers Goro. So what if he materialized in like an alleyway near the Diet Building or something, and she finds him. She recognizes him from helping her (not just from his famous status either), and knows from her time with him, Sumi, and Joker that something serious probably happened. So she takes to helping him and getting him back on his feet after everything in the engine room and with Shido. But them getting to have a bond together. Also her teaching him how to create graffiti art. (I'm kinda thinking he could have a hidden knack for it because of the PQ2 intro.) So she just takes him under her wing in return for him helping her. They can just go paint graffiti to express themselves but also give messages that they deem are important. :')

OKAY BUT WAIT HOLD ON A SEC BECAUSE SPEAKING OF HIS NAME Superman is a superhero and proudly has an 'S' on his costume, and it's kind of like a signature. So is the reason Goro puts 'A' on everything (his attache case, his Detective Prince epaulets/belt, etc.) because it's like what a hero would do?? ;3;

Sometimes I really love the idea of Goro choosing the name of Akechi for himself. It's an identity of the person he wants to be and the justice he wants to embody. But at the same time I can't help but also love it just being his mother's maiden name. That it's something he could've changed but kept to keep her memory alive. Like it's a nod to him still trying to be her hero but it's also special to him because it was hers, even if the rest of her family wasn't so accepting. And if it's the instance of the latter, I kind of imagine that Shido didn't care enough to know Goro's mother's name. Or that she perhaps went by a different name when dealing with clients (and I do feel like Shido would take advantage of such services). So him keeping Akechi wouldn't hinder his plans to take out Shido because how's he to recognize a name he never cared enough to know to begin with?
