As I made my initial announcement back in April, I highly doubt that you need a reminder, as your queues are probably already filled for Pretty Boy Week and you have gone above and beyond in your preparations.

However, if there is anyone who has missed my post or has forgotten, Pretty Boy Week will be held from August 22 to the 28th.

You may find the prompts on @pretty-boy-week. (The @ is now working, which leads me to believe that I wrote my initial post too soon after that blog's creation.)

Let us all work toward the goal of conquering Tumblr's trending algorithm and the screens of our followers.

Hello All,

It has been a long while since I have posted to this blog, as I have been taking care of the small Yufuin who appeared in the council room many moons ago.

When I informed Yufuin Prime about the chibi that shares his likeness, he merely snorted and refused to take joint custody.

Now, I'm hearing about a Pretty Boy Week being held on this platform in August of this year, and I have decided to make my return.

If you choose to be among the participants who gets "reblogged," please ensure that you @pretty-boy-week in the post. In addition, you may use the hashtag #pretty boy week in case the @ doesn't work.

However, please ensure that you also tag all posts as #boueibu as the main goal is to CONQUER Tumblr's trending!

*cough* My apologies, that's an old habit.

Create as many posts as you can using that hashtag, perhaps creating crossovers with other "fandoms" you participate in so the event will gain more traction. Flood the "dashboards" of your followers with the Pretty Boys of Binan High School!

Unfortunately, I am unsure if "reblogs" count towards the trending page's algorithm -- because of this, try to queue the majority of your #boueibu "reblogs" for the 27th of August 2021 itself. Alternatively, "reblog" all posts you see on the respective day you see it, but in addition to this, queue an additional "reblog" for the 27th of August itself.

The official prompts will be revealed soon on the Pretty Boy Week blog.

I would like to note: It is possible to begin setting up a queue of posts for August 27th starting now. I believe the post limit is 200. If you queue 100 "meme" or "headcanon" posts with #boueibu between now and August 27th, you will have 100 remaining slots for "reblogs."

The tiny Yufuin looked back up at Arima with a bored expression. Seeing this, Kinshirou picked up a pen and passed it to the little hands.

“Fine, here you go. Draw on my desk. Why should I care?”

With the tiny Yufuin busy, Kinshirou looked back up to Arima.

“Well, don’t just stand there. Get the first aid kit. I’m bleeding.”

“…When you should be preparing my tea. I also don’t understand why you couldn’t have said this aloud to me, as we are in the same room.” He taps his pen. “The emoticon is also highly unprofessional. I would expect it from Akoya, but not from you.”

Kinshirou waits patiently for his tea, a peaceful look on his face.

It is then that he suddenly yelps, and waves the hand that had been covering the cup on his desk.

He takes out his handkerchief and dabs at a dot of blood forming on the skin between his index and middle fingers.

The cup tips over, and out rolls a tiny Yufuin.

Kinshirou pulls a tea cup that was on his desk closer to him, covering it so whatever’s inside can’t be seen.

“We will use a different tea set today, Arima. The set this one came from doesn’t match the essence of Seishodo’s White Dew.”

He peeks inside the cup, trying to hide the small smile on his face.

[Magic!Anon] And as soon as the last remaining Yufumini falls asleep, all but one disappear. You'll have to deal with this single Baby Yufubeanie for... 5 posts. Good luck.

Kinshirou relaxes when he sees that the chibi Yufuins are no longer trying to scramble out of the cups and are instead napping.

It’s when he blinks and opens his eyes again that he starts to panic.

“No… Oh, no, no…” His eyes flick to each cup. “I looked away for less than a second… How? Where did they all go?”

He stands, peering into each cup and tea pot from a higher vantage point, and gives a short sigh in relief.

“Yufuin?” he asks, peering into the cup. There is no response.

Yufuin is always lazy, so I don’t know why I expected anything different.

Kinshirou starts putting away all the tea sets, leaving out the sole cup.

[magic!anon] Suddenly, your desk is swarmed by dozens of adorable chibi Yufuins. They clearly can't speak, and they mostly sleep anyway. Some of them, though, are trying to get creative with the pens and some are nuzzling on you. Handle them with care, as they're fragile little critters who can feel!

“Oh… Oh no, Y-Yufuin?” Kinshirou looks at all the tiny versions of his peer.

“Please don’t do that…” He quickly grabs the pens from some of them, not wanting his pristine desk to get covered in scribbles.

Making sure none of them are about to fall off, he gets up and hurries to the tea cabinet, removing all of the empty tea cups, sugar bowls, and tea pots and placing them on his desk.

Kinshirou picks each one up by the scruff of their collars and rests them in the dishes, which he soon realizes aren’t enough and has to double and triple up on some of them.

He sees a few of them have accepted their fate, and start dozing in the cups, while some of them try to peek out.

Kinshirou covers his face with his hands and blushes.

No, I mustn’t get attached. They’re probably like Zundar. Their small size hides how EVIL they really are…

He peeks out from between his fingers and sees a few of the Yufuins looking back at him. His heart flutters.

They’re TOO CUTE!

Opposites attract.

* Kinshirou looks at the screen and audibly splutters. He shakes his head, angrily biting his lip while trying to think of a response that would shut down any more debate on any possible feelings of the romantic and/or sexual sort he has towards Yufuin. *

I am NOT attracted to Yufuin, in any way, shape, or form, and I have no doubt the feeling is mutual.

He is an annoyance, I do NOT want him to attempt to court me, and I ABSOLUTELY do not want him anywhere near me if we’re in the buff.

((He just keeps digging a deeper hole for himself, huh?))

What if Yufuin fell in love wiith you, though?

I understand that I have different aspects that are considered attractive - I DO win first place in the Pretty Boy Contest every month, after all - so in theory, I could see someone like him getting infatuated with me.

However, like I said before, Yufuin and I are polar opposites.

He should fall in love with someone more suited for him - perhaps someone who has a common interest in lazing about.

What if Yufuin offered those services after you both graduated, then? There wouldn't be school rules to stop you, and you look like you seriously need to relax.

Relax? I don’t NEED to relax. I’m completely calm.

I would NOT accept any services he would offer in this ABSURD hypothetical situation. While there would be no school rules, my own standards would still have to be upheld. He is the OPPOSITE of everything I stand for.

Yufuin is a lazy, insolent FOOL, and he would never offer any services of this kind without it being in jest. Therefore, if he ever were to offer and I were to say yes, he would most likely have ulterior motives and somehow make a mockery of me afterwards, as he does with all of our interactions.

I would NEVER...

* Kinshirou pauses after typing the word “never.” He considers changing it to something not as strong, but scowls, wondering why that thought would cross his mind. He decides to post his response as is, ending that sentence in an ellipsis. *

Absolutely NOT.

School policy dictates there should be no intimate relationships between students as you have just described, so my answer will ALWAYS uphold this, and there is absolutely NOTHING that will change my mind.

Kinshirou’s gaze flicks down to his computer, and he’s lost in thought for a few seconds.

Perhaps we should create an official Tumblr for Binan High School... Usually this would be something the Press Society is in charge of, but I would rather not trust them with this matter. Besides, they already have their own domain for their news. I suppose this is yet another council duty I should consider in the future.

“Fine, then. Do as you wish.” He looks towards the tea cabinet. “Do we have any Seishodo’s White Dew left? Or did we finish it?”

This blog is incorporated into my duties now. I’m planning to cut back time from making my rounds on our physical campus, and starting a virtual patrol of sorts. I can simply keep this site open in one window as I complete other tasks in another. If anything, this arrangement is more efficient.

Yes, it is true that I was entirely against creating a blog on this website known as Tumblr, but I realized that I should make sure the student body isn’t getting into any trouble that would tarnish our school’s reputation. What kind of president would I be if I just sat by idly, knowing that there were students participating in illicit behavior?
