i think my save is fucked :'( it's acting so weird where i cannot load into 1 household from the moment i load the game but if i select another household and then choose to go to manage worlds and then go to the household that wouldn't load, now it loads... idk how to unfuck this and feels like things are just gonna get worse. I can't save my apartments to my library because it deletes a bunch of things until betterbuildbuy is fixed which got no word on and is unoikely to be fixed until after the expansion. ugh dunno what to do.

patreon is such a dogshit platform, how did it even rise above all?! it does really well for downloading content (never had any issue and the download speed is top notch so their server hosting seems to be solid) but tags barely work, i cannot "unsubscribe" from a free "membership" on the page of the creator; i have to go into settings>memberships> literally scroll until i find the one name i'm looking for (very non-user-friendly, i've resorted to scrolling without looking and ctrl+f the name), whenever you subscribe to a free membership you get emails spammed with their notifications despite turning off email notifications, have to go into community then you can access direct messages... like goddamn it is so bad but i never see people share that criticism. i wish we had a better platform for sims content. if i'm just being dumb and there are better ways to do any of this, feel free to let me know though i don't think i'm dumb enough to need baby wheels just to navigate a mainstream website, i'm more savvy than that... ultimately it's patreon's fault :)

guess who figured out how to recolor eyes and finally (i tried a year ago and couldn't figure out how) added vivid blues/greens and darkest brown+black swatches to her favourite set of eyes of all time (better eyes n2 project by @northernsiberiawinds) but also can’t share because of her TOU. I had even offered to commission those recolors from her about a little less than a year ago, maybe she never saw my message😭 at least I got them for my own gameplay so if anyone asks wcif i’ll refer them to this post. i’m proud of myself for sticking through and doing it. also really grateful to @squea for her tutorial as i used her gradient layer to get it done.
