kiwoo was surprised to hear the words from her now, but at the same time not. he knew it was cold, it got chillier into the evening anyway even if it had been alright during the day. but he didn’t expect her to admit it, and then ask for his jacket too. this was going to be a cycle of one of them being cold then at this point-- but at the same time, kiwoo wasn’t going to deny her either because that was just an asshole move, in his opinion. 

“this is why i should’ve packed the extra hoodie, and then we could both be warm.“ kiwoo chuckled softly, stripping his jacket off and passing it over to daeun to she wouldn’t freeze.

yoogeonyh​:

yoogeon really had no intentions of attending the spring festival at all. after meeting with mr. cho at his office, the lawyer had suggested going to the festival together since it was near the inn. considering this aspect, he really didn’t have a choice as everything was around yeyun inn. he literally had to get through the festival to even get to the inn where he was supposed to be able to relax.

so, very hesitantly, he agreed and put up his best front. it wasn’t long into the festival that he eventually lost mr. cho and was wandering aimlessly. he wasn’t too sure if he was supposed to search for the lawyer to enjoy the rest of their time at the festival but the thought quickly left his head as he stumbled into someone.

he was about to apologize when the other spoke up first, almost as if they hadn’t even noticed yoogeon bumping into him.

“i wouldn’t have much use for it…” yoogeon replies honestly as he observes the bracelet. it was aesthetically pleasing but not necessarily something he would exactly wear himself. “i have a friend who might like it though, if you don’t mind me passing it on.”

yoogeon states his intentions with the bracelet and decides to take it either way. if the male had wanted both he wouldn’t offer right? and it’d be a waste to toss it although he didn’t think the other would if no one accepted the bracelet.

“if the offer for soju still stands it’d be appreciated,” yoogeon continues. “since i’ve taken the bracelet though, i could get some snacks to go along with the drinks?”

honestly kiwoo didn’t really care whether or not the bracelet was taken or not. didn’t mind being rejected or accepted because it had sort of been an accident all around to even end up with it. so the smile doesn’t falter when the other begins to speak, though it does perk up a little bit after a moment. 

“i don’t mind at all, the more the merrier i guess in.. bracelet passing terms. something like that.“ kiwoo shrugged, happy with that fact that it would at least get to someone that wanted it maybe. even if it didn’t, it was off his hands. he supposed if it didn’t get taken though he could’ve probably give it to one of his bandmates. they’d probably have appreciated it, maybe. they wouldn’t be surprised at kiwoo having it though given he had quite the selection already. 

kiwoo laughed a little softly at the next statement though, smiling. “offer definitely still stands. always better to drink with someone else anyway.” the snacks sounded pretty tempting though, “i mean.. if you’re offering to then i’m not gonna say no to that.”

spring festival starters!

“I’m not looking for trouble, just here to enjoy myself like the rest of you.”

“Can we go view the flowers?”

“I heard the stand down there makes the best food.”

“You know what looks beautiful? The flowers.”

“Thanks for showing me this place.”

“See, aren’t you glad you listened to me? This is great right?”

“I’m hungry, can we go get some food?”

“Don’t stand so close to the tent! What if you knock something over?”

“Stop running off, I don’t want to lose you in the crowd.”

“It’s cold, you were right. Can I wear your jacket?”

“People keep knocking me over, it’s annoying.”

“Everyone looks so dressed! They must want nice pictures.”

“Let’s go browse all the stands.”

“Hey! You’re not supposed to be here!”

“Don’t let anyone see you, we’ve spoken about this.”

“I bought this for you.”

“Buy me something?”

“Sorry- I didn’t mean to run into you. Are you okay?”

“Hey! That was the last one, I wanted it!”

“I think I got something in my eye.”

“Are you sure this is tea? It tastes…funny…”

“Hey! Stop! That person took my wallet!”

“Are you drunk already? We barely started!”

“Thereʼs no way you can finish all that by yourself!”

“Those tourists over there seem suspicious…”

“Canʼt you give me a discount?”

“If anyone asks, it wasnʼt my fault.”

“These flowers arenʼt even that pretty.”

“Whatʼs so great about this festival anyways? Itʼs not nearly as fun as events in the city.”

“Hey, could you take my picture for me?”

“You owe me something at the stalls if this plan doesnʼt work out.”

“Sorry but could you give me a hand with this?”

“If you donʼt hurry, weʼre going to miss it!”

been trying to get through kiwoo’s bio ( half way at least now ), but i’ll try get to messages whilst i do that too and hopefully i’ll have it finished tomorrow! that being said, im’s are open for plotting and if you just wanna jump into something into then his open is event related!

this event was enough to set her for a while, when it came to selling things at c’est la vie at least. a small yawn left her mouth as miso started to pack up and close her own stall so she could enjoy more of the festival. and soon enough, miso found herself blending in with the crowd. not paying much mind until someone spoke to her. “uh, sure.” miso took the bracelet and looked it over for a moment before hooking it around her wrist. 

“now, that is more my style.” finally, miso looked at the person in front of her. “kiwoo right? i don’t think you’ve bought anything from my stall but i’ve seen you around the market.” and it wasn’t hard to learn names at all. “well, you are certainly in my good books after this.” 

kiwoo’s grin was gentle if anything, honestly surprised at the fact she took the bracelet as well. that was better than being left awkwardly holding it out though, he could definitely say that. but he did had a feeling that the alcohol would be a much more obvious option too.

“i feel like it’s probably more everyone’s style,“ he laughed a little. kiwoo himself didn’t drink incredibly often. parties and events and social gatherings and what not, but he wasn’t a casual drinker unless there was an occasion for it. like right now, he supposed. “oh-- yea, kiwoo. i’m godawful with names though, so i might be in your bad books what i say i can’t remember if i know yours,“ his replied almost sheepishly, rubbing at the back of his neck. it wasn’t a lie at least. “what were you selling though?“

“so, i didn’t realise these came in a set until i bought them.. you want one?“ kiwoo’s head tilted, holding out one of the bracelets he’d purchased from a stall that had caught his eye. they were pretty little crystal bracelets, and honestly his intention had really only been to buy one, until he’d been handed a small set upon paying. he couldn’t complain, but now he figured the nicest option was to offer them to another. 

kiwoo knew he could just as easily be rejected too, but the offer still stood whilst he was here. “i bought some soju as well if a drink is more your style? nice evening for it anyway.”

kiwoo wouldn’t exactly be wise enough to say that getting himself lost had been on his list of things to do that day.. but here he was, he supposed. what had started as a nice walk through the festival, had led to him splitting from his friends and inevitably ending up in a part of the town that he hadn’t really explored yet. or was wisely told it probably wasn’t a good idea unless he was with someone that knew the way. 

that place being the forest.

now if kiwoo had rosie with him, this probably wouldn’t been a better story and the canine would’ve been a whole lot more help than kiwoo could be for himself. that wasn’t the case though, and instead he was just left wandering probably further away than where he was actually supposed to be headed. and he still didn’t know how he’d gotten out here either. probably looked like and idiot with the obvious confusion on his face as he stopped on the path for a moment, glancing around to try and work out if forging on ahead was smarter than turning back and trying that now. 

he was enough in his own head that he didn’t notice the other joining onto the path now too.

basics: song kiwoo ( kaz, kiki ) | 26 | band member / musician ( vocals & extra instruments ) | california born and raised, only visited korea when his family did / for tour | completely new to yunhwa | chaotic goth punk mess | his band ( collectors edition ) is pretty damn famous ( and in terms of music think yungblud & bmth ) | random skill? he’s incredibly musically talented in being able to pick up instruments really quickly and easily

okay so he was born in america but he was raised in a quite a big family and they spoke korean a lot at home. like he was raised with both american and korean culture, he’s just never gotten to fully explore korea or be here as much as he’d like to 

tbh his younger years were pretty standard. like he’s the middle child of five, had a really really good family. his mum’s a social worker and his dad’s a tattoo artist and artist in general, also an ex addict which is just a lot but um means kiwoo is very smart about substances and drink tbh ( that being said, his dad was mostly over the addiction by the time the oldest was born, his parents just want all the kids to understand )

besides that though, he had a good time growing up, and he was always into music as well from essentially as soon as he could pick up an instrument - it was a running joke when he was a kid that one day they’d be asking for his autograph.. and well.. 

it was in his very early teens that his mental health took a plunge though, which was a lot like his oldest sibling too it was a similar path. but basically hereditary metal illness ( depression & dissociation ), which has always been a constant struggle for kiwoo now but it’s pretty well handled despite it still being there and effecting him 

that also led him more to music again and through the course of his first year in high school he’d already gotten his band created 

kiwoo never really planned on it taking off either, it was never something the band were fully searching for but in his last year, they were busking quite happily and playing at mini local festivals, and a video of one of their performances went viral and tbh.. the rest is history. like things kinda just shot off from there

got signed, album releases etc. and eventually quite a fair bit of touring. like they’re the kind of band that seems like they never stop touring ( which kiwoo will happily admit is not the most healthy or best thing to do even if he loves getting to see so many things and explore so much, but it has lost him so many relationships too and he basically just has the band and his family tbh bcos forming last relationships whilst travelling the world? difficult as hell )

either way, he’s in yunhwa now, has been for about a month, bcos a couple of the band members are yunhwa natives and he basically said fuck it let me stay with you.. he wants to spend more time in korea but also the idea of a small town sounded perfect to settle in for a while and rejig his muse and inspiration. like the band still a thing but he basically happily announced that they were taking a break finally because um.. their lives have been non-stop until now

so that is he, here now!! does not fit in at all!! fluent at korean but still fucks up bcos what are words really?

also this all being said, he does not act like he’s famous at all. like at all. he’s a fucking dumbass half the time, but mostly just a good bean having fun and being dumb because life can be shit and he knows it and he wants to have fun when he’s not dropping thanks ( bcos he has his bad moments, he will make very very self depreciating jokes and just you know.. joke away the depression.. haha.. ha.. )

i will say though, as like a personality, like as a person in the public and to his fans and etc. he is very open about things that others might not be. like he’ll openly talk about his struggles, how he deals with stuff, things that have happened and all that. like he works with a lot of charities and such and just overall good kid

random story: he broke his arm falling off his roof while high and now you shouldn’t let him climb things.. :) 

also fun fact: he has a golden retriever called rosie and she’s a train esa dog, a very good girl and very good for him ( she’s very good for if he dissociates in public / crowded / unsafe areas etc. which isn’t too often but )

i mean you got the general stuff like recognising him / fans / haters etc. maybe know who he is and expect him to be a dick bcos that a big one.. lot of people expect him to be a dick 

which that also goes on like could happen without knowing who he is too-- his intimidating and i guess confrontation appearance would probably make anyone judge him wrong or negatively 

can teach you how to play an instrument?
