Tbh, I would have loved to see more with Midoriya and Ojiro if the show was re-written. Like maybe I'm biased bc I like Ojiro, but I feel like there's a lot of unexplored potential between him and Midoriya in the show.
Midoriya grew up quirkless and now has a powerful quirk he has a hard time regulating, and Ojiro was born with a simple and 'boring' quirk that he honed into a usable tool to become a hero. Idk I feel like there's a big potential for a friendship/character development there, but yeah.
Like, let Midoryia look up to Ojiro in some ways. He started with very little and still made a name for himself, even if he wasn't gifted some insane quirk like OFA.
Let Ojiro look up to Midoriya for his determination and ambition, have Midoriya be an inspiration for him that becoming a hero without a 'perfect' quirk is achievable.
Let Ojiro train with Midoriya for more combat skills.
Have Ojiro teach him some martial arts to try and help him harness his quirk better with a more controlled fighting style.
Just please, let Midoriya and Ojiro be friends 😭
