Personality: Numbuh 290 is a kind, honest, and confident kid that leads sector DYB's missions! she always makes sure to keep her sector in line when getting ready for a mission. she deeply cares about her sector and always makes sure to have their back. despite being a great leader, rosabella sometimes forgets to take breaks and works regardless of being exhausted. her friends have to get her to stop when it happens. when she's not on duty, she likes to have tea parties with numbuh 197, read, go shopping for new toys and clothes, and occasionally writes poems about how shes feeling.
