I've started drinking an overnight oat shake for breakfast that clocks in at ≈1400 calories. I have to make it myself, so sometimes I don't feel like it, but it's so yummy so I do it most days.

I can't imagine how fat I'd get if somebody were making these things for me. But having someone do some of the deciding making for me about whether I should make it might be a good motivator.
