Come with me on my journey as a Multimedia Arts student at CIT-U
Today we have a drawing class 🎨. This class helps enhance art skills and creative thinking. Week by week, our plate gets more challenging, but as it gets more challenging, you will improve too. The class can be stressful at the same time, but it can also be fun because after you finish your plate, you'll be impressed, which makes you want to draw and paint more. Art is for everyone; as long as you enjoy it and enjoy yourself while doing it, you will see its beauty🌺.

3... 2... 1... ACTION‼️‼️
CIT-University held their 5th Film Festival as part of Art's Month celebration. Teachers and CAMVAS (Creative Alliance of Multimedia and Visual Arts Students) officers contributed to the success of the event. The majority of those who took part in the event were multimedia arts students of CIT-U. The screening was also conducted outside for the first time, with a picnic-like atmosphere.

The Ballad for Henri Matisse
These past few days, I went to the NGE building to visit room 201 where the murals of The Creative Alliance of Multimedia and Visual Arts (CAMVAS) students from CIT-U is displayed. The room's name is the "The Ballad for Henri Matisse."
The piece of art is meant to honor Henri Matisse, the most significant French painter of the 20th century, who was a pioneer of the Fauvist movement and a respected modern artist. The focus of their project was to showcase Matisse's final artistic phase, which consisted of creating paper cut-outs. Their goal is to demonstrate that Matisse's last works exhibited no signs of diminishing creative energy or feelings of melancholy.
They were to showcase Matisse's ability to continue to produce vibrant and innovative work, even during his later years when his health was deteriorating. By focusing on his paper cut-outs, their aim was to reveal Matisse's ability to use color and shape to create visually stunning pieces.
I hope that this tribute will inspire others to appreciate the immense contributions Matisse made to the art world and his unwavering commitment to creativity.

The Picasso Influence
MINI VLOG !!
Hi:> I took a quick visit to the infamous room in CIT-U that was full of murals. The Creative Alliance of Multimedia and Visual Arts Students (CAMVAS) were given the opportunity to paint one of the rooms in the NGE Building, namely "The Picasso Influence" room. It is on the 2nd floor of NGE building right next to the Henri Matisse room. If you're near there, do yourself a favor and take a quick look and appreciate the hard work that our young and aspiring artists from CIT-U created.
In regards with the Picasso room:
Their art piece celebrates the most powerful and impactful artist of the first 50 years of the 1900s. Its purpose is to showcase the evolution of Pablo Picasso's artistic style, including the Blue Period, Rose Period, and Cubism, which have had a significant impact on graphic design, fashion, and even video games. This work represents Picasso's artistry, which paved the way for the abstract art movements of the 1900s and still shapes art in the 21st century.
If you want to see more of this, check out the Facebook page of Creative Alliance of Multimedia and Visual Arts (CAMVAS).
