Okay but holding the DEATH PENALTY over his head?? Most school shooters don’t get that nor do fucking rapists. This is actually insane especially with no evidence against him, isn’t it innocent until proven guilty? Also, why was he denied his shackles being removed by the judge who stated everyone would feel more comfortable with them on??

The judge refusing to have Luigi's shackles removed due to "safety" concerns just shows how this case has been nothing but the presumption of guilt over innocence. They're trying so hard to make him look dangerous when in reality I'd feel safer alone in a room with Luigi than with any of those NYPD officers around him :/ I have no words
