This feels silly to talk about considering I haven't posted much BUT I'm posting part 1/2 of the Gogin Kantabaari podcast fully translated tonight so bear with me lmao:

I decided after like 6 months of saying no to make a ko-fi account. For those of you who don't know, it's a tipping/donation website where you can send people tips for their work, whatever it may be.

Let me be clear, I am not and will never only do this for money, I'm gonna keep translating stuff regardless if I get paid or not. This is a hobby for me, and I only do this in my free time. It is very demanding, but throughout the year simply nice comments have been enough for me to keep going. I have however from time to time had people ask me if they can pay me for this work, and I've always automatically said no. Tbh I'm not sure why, it just hasn't felt right bcs I truly do just enjoy providing this content for non-finnish speaking fans. However, this way I can provide this option for people who really do want to tip me, without making it obligatory in order for people to see my content (as in it's not behind a paywall). And I mean who would say no to extra money from time to time lol

As I said, this is NOT expected or needed in any way, I am not in some desperate need of money right now nor do I think I suddenly only want to do this if I can gain something from it. But me and another creator decided to try it out, and we'll see if it works out or not. If you really do decide to tip me, I'll appreciate it forever and ever!!

Also the thought of Jere finding out we've been doing this for free all year, and haven't even opened up the option of getting paid, would make him laugh at us and that's a humiliating enough thought to make me try this out lol
