I tried the famous @greggs_official #vegansausageroll This was my opportunity to taste the famous British sausage roll for the first time in my life! Even though I have been living in the U.K. for more than 10 years. The reason for this is that I became vegetarian in 2000 when I was still a teenager and lived in my country. And there are no sausage rolls in Latvia. So finally I get to taste it thanks to the vegan version! This is day 3 of my #vegan challenge this #veganuary I think it is going well. But I have this horrible headache now, but I am not sure if this is because of my diet or because I exhausted my brain with so much information that it feels like it is about to explode!
