lots of online people act like its weird or threatening to carry some sort of blade on you when you go out. im not carrying a katana or some shit. theres a reason swiss army knives are primarily knives, its the most commonly useful part
if you carry a sharp edge in your purse you fill the same support class ecological niche as the tylenol friend, and i recommend multiclassing into hand sanitizer friend too

#i agree so much with the previous comment like writing cursive with an INK pen as a leftie was hell#my hand was always covered in ink#dumb bullshit#but it was way better when i stopped using ink pens (immediately after they werent mandatory)#and then the cursive kind of just faded out of my handwriting#in germany i think its a little different#like i was taught cursive#which makes me able to read what my parents or grandparents wrote#but before this generation there was a different cursive called Kurrent (later also Sütterlin)#which is impossible to read for us#and that was basically used since the 16th century#so yeah fun shit deciphering THAT

I love men, men are my friends and I'm deeply attracted to them, and I feel sorry for people who feel the need to downplay and mock their own love and attraction towards men, like "Sorry for thinking men are hot I know they're gross and bad" or "I love men I wish they didn't all suck." #this is the beauty of communal art#i think we really dont dance enough anymore#like theres this sense of community to go somewhere and everyone already knows the way you dance to certain songs#but also you can learn most basic steps fairly quickly#wont look crazy good but if you can stay in rhythm it wont be too bad#and suddenly you are part of something too#you are connected to the people in the room but often also to all the people who danced like this before to a culture#and while you can all do the same thing everyone can add their own little spin to it and everyone knows something different!#feels to me a little like those bar songs you sing where everyone knows different verses#first time you hear them you dont know the words and you only sing the common parts that are easy to get#then you learn the common verses and can sing them#and everytime you sing them with people you learn new verses that you in turn can teach to other people#i fucking love that

Ok so the thing about reading like books which are "predictable" is that I, a story enjoyer, go completely bonkers about it bc its like Enrichment in my Enclosure. A scene parallels another earlier scene between different characters thus serving to highlight the differences in their views and priorities???? A line makes me think "hmmm I bet that's gonna be relevant later" ends up being relevant later????? I am a tiger chewing ice cubes out of a pumpkin. I'm so so happy. Please foreshadow more things. Throw the completely anticipateable plot beats at me like catnip mousies!!!!!
