both of us unfortunately have other things occupying our time, but do not worry. kotarui nation will live on as long as i am annoying about kotaro (forever and always)

if the npcs aged up like the main cast did, then kotaro should be in the same year as rui. assuming they both go to kamikou then i reckon school activities or something similar! he may have heard about rui through akito among other things

if i had to be honest, i really think kotaro would drool in his sleep---i say this affectionately, he just looks like that. i also think he'd exclusively only be able to fall asleep with music blasting in his headphones

in regards to rui? that man could probably sleep through a fire alarm. he works on a project for like days on end and then goes into basically a coma, so i think this would work rather well.

though, i do imagine the music during the night could come with a few issues of its own..

did this turn into a sleep headcanon post? maybe.

..and maybe i should go do that myself. i'll think about it
