FAQ & user guide

How do I order?

DM, comment or sent me an ask with the item(s) you would like to order. Once your order has been confirmed, said item's listing will be removed from this blog.

How do I pay?

Payment is through Paypal only, although you can use my KO-FI account as well. Once your payment has been confirmed, I will confirm your order and proceed to send out your package as soon as possible.

What do I pay?

You pay the total sum of all the items listed + shipping costs.

What are the shipping costs?

I will use the Belgian mail service (bpost) to ship out all the packages. Shipping costs are weight-based and can be calculated through the bpost website. I will always give you the weight of your package and the cost estimate.

How are the items shipped?

I will wrap the items in protective paper or bubble wrap. Unless otherwise requested, I will try to find a way to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Flat items (like bromides, cards, etc) will be shipped in regular envelopes and send out as letters (with enough padding to prevent bending).

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. (I ship from Belgium, Europe)

Who are you?

I'm @koto-wari.

Why are you selling all these items?

Over the years, I have collected a lot of items that I didn't always need (like doubles, or items that came packed with other things I did want). They've been packed in boxes or stored in folders. I would really like to clear out some of those boxes because they're just catching dust. I'd rather they go to someone who cares, than having to throw them away.

Are these items official?

Yes. All items listed on this blog are official merchandise unless stated otherwise. Doujin and doujin goods are listed as such.

Will you add other items?

If I find other items I no longer need, I will add them to this blog.
