"(fandom) oc" is not an original character (oc). It's a fan character (fc). Similarly, "(fandom) original art" is not original art, it's fanart. If you have to put "(fandom)" in front of "original" then it's not original.
There's a difference. Please use the correct terminology. Not properly tagging your posts is terrible internet etiquette.
