I was a bit exhausted today, so I went to lie down on the bed to rest while my children, Hussein and Rajaa, were playing in front of me.
Do you know what they were playing?
Hussein was telling Rajaa that the truce probably won’t happen, that they want us to starve, and that prices will stay high.
He excitedly told her that "Netzarim" had opened to distribute American aid, and that they had to hurry to get there. Rajaa replied, “We should bring a mattress and spend the night there so our turn will come and we can get flour and sugar.”
Then they continued their play: they built martyrs and wounded people out of blocks, and pretended to rush to rescue them after an attack.
Hussein said, “This one is still alive; his soul is still there. Hurry, Rajaa, save him!”
They even gathered empty boxes, filled them with blocks, and imagined them as aid trucks they needed to protect from thieves so the aid could reach everyone.
I didn’t interrupt them, and I didn’t let them feel I was watching. I wanted them to let out, through play, what was weighing on their minds.
But deep inside I wondered: if I hadn’t ignored it, what could I have said? Could I really tell them not to think of such hardships?
How could I, when life has become like a jungle, where the strong devour the weak?
It broke my heart to see how much they’ve forgotten the meaning of real childhood.
They’ve even forgotten their right to eat, drink, learn, and play freely.
I never wished for an uncertain future like this for my children.
I always try to comfort myself and say: “Everything has an end, even this pain.”
Until that day comes… I truly need your help, your support, and for you to stand by my side.
If you would like to donate to my children, here is the donation link.

I am suffering from malnutrition and urgently need your help
I urgently need 800 euros to afford treatment and buy the essential medicines and nutrition for myself and my siblings. This amount is not just money -It's our chance to survive.
I'm Abdul Rahman from Gaza, and I'm suffering from severe malnutrition due to the ongoing war and harsh living conditions. We don't have access to healthy food - sometimes we have nothing to eat at all.I feel constant dizziness, my body is extremely weak, and things are getting worse every day. And I am not alone...I have 5 younger siblings, all of them children, and they are also suffering from malnutrition. Their bodies are fragile, their faces pale, and they haven't received any medical care. The war has taken away our food and even our basic right to live. No aid has reached us. Medication and treatment are simply unavailable.
Donate here

If you can help, or at least share this post, maybe it will reach someone who can.
No action is too small when it's about saving lives.

Support Al-Afia's Recovery

Current progress: $7,638/$60,000
This campaign has been shared by Sara (@/bsonblast).
Al-Afia is a young girl who is facing the possibility of amputation after a traffic accident left her foot with painful fractures and deformities. The only chance she has at saving her leg is seeking specialized care abroad.
The cost of flights, visas, accommodation, and medical care is exorbitant. Just a plane ticket and a medical visa costs $900 per person.
These costs are the enormous obstacle standarding between Al-Afia and her treatment. We can help her family overcome it by supporting their campaign. Your donation, no matter how small, brings Al-Afia one step closer to getting the care she needs.
Please share and donate if you can.
Tagging for reach. Please share if you see this. Thank you

PLEASE, I BEG YOU — DON’T SCROLL PAST THIS.
This is my little boy, Qais, only two years old, wounded and in pain. He was hurt while simply playing near our tent — his childhood stolen by a war he never chose. Every day is a fight to keep him alive, to find medicine, food, and clean water in Gaza, where survival feels like a miracle. I’m pleading with you from the bottom of a mother’s breaking heart: help us. Your kindness could mean the difference between life and death for my son.
Three Causes of His Injury and the Danger for Children:
1. Unstable living conditions — Children play among rubble, broken glass, and sharp debris because there is nowhere safe for them.
2. Lack of medical care — Injuries, even small ones, become life-threatening because hospitals are overwhelmed, and medicine is scarce.
3. Constant fear and trauma — Kids like Qais live under constant stress, making them vulnerable to accidents, infections, and slow healing.
These are not just dangers; they are death sentences for Gaza’s children. What should be minor injuries can turn fatal without urgent treatment.
I am an oppressed mother in Gaza, helplessly watching my baby suffer, knowing his wound could kill him if I cannot get proper medical care. His little eye, once full of light, is now bandaged and hurting, and I fear every day that I might lose him. Please — I am begging you with every ounce of love in my heart — don’t ignore this. Share his story. Donate if you can. Even the smallest act of kindness can keep my son alive and give him the chance to smile again.
PLEASE DONATE HERE
If Qais was your only child, would you leave him to face his fate alone?
DONATE HERE PLEASE

DON'T SKIP, I BEG YOU✋🚨 you're the only hope to save a child😔😭

A message from Dina:
Hello to those who carry us in their hearts and their humanitarian actions. I know that you have felt bored towards us, but we are also dying every second from the oppression and woes of the merciless war. The war has lasted for almost a year and a half. Imagine, as a human being, living under all this pressure and suffering, food, drink, displacement, and fear, and you do not have anything in your hands. Please, I am a mother with two children. I am not important. What is important is my children. You are needed. You can help me with anything. Please, I speak to you with your conscience and humanity. Everything has become more expensive than ever before, and we can barely get it because of the severe siege on us. My children have lost a lot of weight due to the lack of nutrition, and on top of all this, they have been deprived of their childhood. We no longer have a life. We could die at any time. At least your help can enable them to do what they need and to buy them what they want before anything bad happens. Do not be lenient. I know that you are fed up and bored, but at least you can help me and be a support to me and my children.
Bombs are still falling on Gaza, and the situation only worsens. Dina and her children have been living in these conditions for over a year. She deserves better, her children deserve better. Please help my friend, I don't want to see her family continue to suffer. It breaks my heart hearing the fear and danger they live in every day, and I only hear a fraction of what is their reality.
Please do your part. Don't just scroll past this post. You can make a difference for Dina and her family.

My name is Hala, from Deir al-Balah, Gaza. I live with my four children, Abdul, Jaber, Mohammed, and Lian, and my mother-in-law, in a never-ending nightmare. Our home was bombed, and everything we had turned to ashes. Now, we live in a burnt house, with no safety or hope.

My husband, Adham, is stuck in Egypt, and I face this torment alone. My children suffer from hunger and illness, and we have nothing to protect them. Life here is unbearably difficult; every day is a struggle for survival.

I urgently need your help to raise $35,000 so we can escape, as each person requires $5,000. This money isn’t just numbers; it’s our hope for a new life away from pain and suffering. We are human beings who deserve to live, so please don’t let us drown in this nightmare.
Help us, as we are in desperate need of your support.

Imagine being a parent and watching your baby’s formula run out, knowing the next can is so expensive it may as well not exist. You search desperately for alternatives—but all you have is a bit of rice and some cow’s milk, not meant for infants. You have no choice but to feed it to her , praying it keeps her alive, even as you watch it make her sick.

Images: Hossam Al-Qazzaz sent us update photos of his daughter, Habiba, who is currently in hospital due to her parents having to feed her ground rice and milk, in addition to pollution in the food.
@diana-family
Written by @rumiandroses
This is the reality for Hossam Al-Qazzaz in Gaza. His ten
-month old daughter, Habiba, is now in the hospital—weak, undernourished, her tiny hand wrapped in gauze and tape, an IV doing the job that formula should have done.
Hossam, his wife Hanan, and their four children—Bashar (9), Hani (8), Diana (4), and baby Habiba—are displaced once again, forced to flee after their area was designated an active combat zone. The little shelter they had left among the ruins of their home is now unsafe. They now sleep in a tent, with no walls to protect them and no roof to shield them from the bombs or the elements.
Despite it all, they cling to hope—hope that they’ll survive long enough to escape. Hope for a day when their children can live in peace.
But survival alone has become a full-time battle. Over the past few weeks, Hossam has faced death multiple times just trying to access aid. He’s seen his brother-in-law and nephew severely injured in front of him. He’s made dangerous trips to aid centers, only to return empty-handed or narrowly escape shelling. He does all of this while also caring for his family and elderly parents, both in poor health.
Gaza’s infrastructure has collapsed. Jobs have vanished. There is no electricity, no clean water, and no stable access to food or medicine. Even basic items like rice, cooking gas, clothing, and diapers are becoming luxuries, as prices skyrocket due to the Israeli blockade and severe shortages. Baby formula, when it can be found at all, costs over $60 a can—an impossible amount for a family with no income.
Since this war began, the Al-Qazzaz family has endured the unthinkable: being bombed out of their home, attacked by wild animals in the night while displaced, suffering from malnutrition, and living in fear of each new dawn.
And still, they keep going.
Please, for the sake of little Habiba—who was born into a war she never chose—and for her family, we ask you to share their story. Help us connect them with those who can donate, no matter how small. Every act of kindness counts. Every share, every dollar, every prayer helps bring this family one step closer to safety, stability, and dignity.
You can donate to the Al-Qazzaz family's GoFundMe campaign here:

Silver living in a high rise apartment would be really funny if the force that sends him back in time doesn't change his location at all when doing it. Every trip to the past begins like this

Help me to save my family
My name is Mahmoud, and today I am writing about my family
I'm husband and father of two children we evacuated at the beginning of the war. but my family is still suffering inside Gaza
My family was a beautiful, cheerful family that loved life and they love each other.
We have children are make fun and they the source of happiness for home
Until one day, the sounds of explosions overtook them. Days passed, and these days were very difficult for everyone in the family. Suddenly, my father fell ill, and it was determined that he was suffering with cancer, and needed surgery outside the Gaza Strip. But, because of the situation, he was unable to leave Gaza for treatment - eventually, due to lack of medical care and after suffering with his symptoms, he died.

The money we hope to raise through this fundraiser will go towards caring for and supporting the remaining members of Mahmoud's family, in light of the loss of Mahmoud's father. The money we collect will be utilised to meet his family's needs
The money raised will go towards evacuation fees for my family of 9 members: 4 adults and 5 children. I hope everyone will help my family, and help them receive the urgent medical care they need.
I hope everyone can help me
