You recently answered an ask about the ideas of CMB. Could you give tell us the same origin story of Taste of Power?
It’s been a while, but I remember thinking about different ways people can be attractive, with particular attention to good reputation alpha (Chris) and bad reputation alpha (Zane).
There is this tug-of-war between when good reputation pulls people to value the group and seek out a place in it. But rejecting that entire game can be liberating sexually or intellectually, which is also a desire many of us have.
Wrestling was a great sport to have as the backdrop, since Travis is wrestling between different kinds of ideas, or drives, inside of him.
