izuku successfully reached out for tenko (i cried)… tenko said he feels compelled to be a hero for the league members (i cried)… then afo dropped the remaining lore, shattering the string of convinctions tenko desperately clung to and taking over tenko completely (i cried but also said yippee because i was right about the correlation between decay and overhaul)… now i’m not saying that father-figure-shirakumo and tenko’s bffs from the league are the key (because it’s towards them he feels like he has a responsibility to maintain) and can remind him that they want him by their side whether their original goal is reached or not, all that matters is that he’s free from afo buuuuuut. it seems likely now and no longer a self indulgent thought from a found-family-lov enjoyer (me)
