"do you think wonbin really likes me like that?" you asked sohee, who rolled he's eyes at you for the nth time. "how many times have you asked me this y/n?" "alot." you admitted. "and what is my answer always gonna be?"

"that 'you don't know,' and that i should 'talk to him' but sohee!" you pushed him as he sucked his teeth at you

"but sohee~" seunghan mocked walking into sohee's room with the two of you. "i don't think wonbin's interested in you in the slightest bit." he added, shaking his head at you. "i mean who would be?"

"c'mon seunghan that's not cool bro." sohee said, throwing a pen at him. you just scoffed, standing up to leave the room.

as you walked past seunghan, he quickly grabbed your arm pulling you back in front of him. "sorry" you rolled your eyes at him, trying to shake off his grip, but he held you steadily. "you never are seunghan, fuck off man!" you shouted at him pushing him roughly.

he finally let you go, as you stormed off, he brushed one of his hands thru his hair. "that's too much han, you're gonna lose her if you keep it up." sohee mumbled, scrolling away on his phone.

seunghan just stared at him in disbelief, "i don't know why you're still here, she left a minute ago.

she set up a date with wonbin, she was on her way there, and newsflash, he does like her like that, just was too pussy to make the first move. so i guarantee you, if you wait one more minute, you're out of luck." sohee finished, waving seunghan off.

"shit," seunghan mumbled, leaving sohee to follow after you.

"y/n!" he shouted as you left out of sohee's home. this is so my fault, seunghan thought to himself, walking out the front door, fully expecting you to be across the street at your own house by now, not sitting on the steps of sohee's front porch.

seunghan let out a sigh of relief, taking a seat beside you.

he glanced over at you, your eyes glossy, and cheeks puffy. "you know," he started "im a dumbass."

"im very aware of that." you curtly replied. "deserved" seunghan said, nodding his head. "but i never mean anything i say to you y/n i promise."

you turned your attention to him, "then why, seunghan, why do you literally harass me everyday you see me?"

seunghan stifled a laugh, turning away from you to cover his face. "harass, y/n? you think im harassing you, is that how you feel?" he asked, leaning against the railing.

"a bit, yeah."

he hummed, poking his tongue through his cheeks, one of his signature habits that you'd grown to love admittedly. "y/n, i think i like you."

you scoffed, thinking of all the times that seunghan had teased you over the years, and somehow, that developed into love?

"id go as far as to say that i love you y/n." he said, picking at his nails, "and i know you have something going on with wonbin, but i felt like i should let you know, regardless of how you feel about me,

my feelings still stand, and won't ever change, i love you y/n."

"well you sure as hell have a funny way of showing it." you chuckled, watching as seunghan's smile grew brighter than ever. he threw his arms around your neck, pulling you into a hug. "oh" you questioned his actions, catching a whiff of the cologne he wore today.

"are you gonna leave me hanging or what?" he said, referring to you not hugging him back. "okay" you smiled into his neck, hugging him back.

seunghan melted in your arms, his grip on you growing tighter by the second. you cleared your throat, awkwardly pulling away from him. "what about wonbin?" he asked, knowing any minute, wonbin would be in front of your doorstep waiting to take you on the date you planned.

"i think i like dudes who take the first initiative to be with me." you replied, glancing over at seunghan who's hair was slightly swaying in the wind. "aka me?"

"yes you seunghan, ill give you a shot, just- no more teasing. sometimes that shit really got to me.."

he nodded, "its literally my love language- but for you, i promise." he said, taking your hand in his, intertwining your fingers together.

seunghan lifted his hand up to your lips, placing a chaste kiss on your knuckles. "promise."
