omg sorry I’m probably replying really late! I’ll try to explain it, but this tutorial on double exposure sums it up pretty well in detail.

I think the hardest part is finding pictures that go well together.. You want your original picture with the person to have darker areas so the scenery you pick out can show up properly when you put it on screen on top of the person. The rest is just stacking on some grainy texture on screen, erasing parts of the scenery, background, etc. I took a soft round brush and also painted the edges slightly white to give it a softer, glowing look. So just play around with it! :D
