— First things first, when we talk about the Teacher of Love himself, let's say he has... complications with understanding same gender relationships. So when he finds out he likes a boy, he is so confused.

— Stuttering, questioning, endless prayers... it almost seems like there is so much broken with him. He doesn't want to admit it either. His cult and followers would start questioning of why he's the only one that can have a same gender partner while his songs and writings are exlusively straight.

— He shuts it down anyway. Even Malcolm himself told him to quiet down and follow you. Following? As if, getting to know you?

— It was weird. The boy that was his supposed "Special One" was nice. Cute, even. But he couldn't think of that. It was too early, what if Malcolm had confused? Yet that was impossible, the King of Love himself could never be wrong!

— He would watch over you from the clouds and trees, always making sure to be hidden and out of your reach.

— Shrignold, at some point, would start approaching you. First he would send his followers to speak with you first, bring him any information they could get. Just so he can get a glimpse of who you are.

— When he's ready, he speaks first. Always speaks first. You thought he was a bit weird, but didn't mind much.

— Shrignold is incredibly attentive. He listens to whatever you have to say no matter what, always nodding and even sharing his own thoughts. Being respectful of course.

— Yet he still wanted to know what made Malcolm choose you as his Special One. If the King said it, it must be true. So what did he see? He wanted to know.

— The butterfly also liked it when you invited him to your home or on weekly meetings. He liked to see you.

— He was quite a dork, too. He wasn't so used to going around without flying, so sometimes he'd trip over or hit himself by accident. Luckily, you were there. He liked your touch.

— Shrignold would hear you talk and talk. If you did something in the day, if anything happened, if you just felt like it, or if you got into long rambling sessions. He liked your voice— Wait what?

— He couldn't believe his own head. He fell for a man. And he was... liking it so far.

— Expect him to bring you flowers every day. He spends quite a lot on you...

— Physical affection, words of affirmation, gift giving, acts of service, etc. He is all love languages at once. Whatever you want, he is there.

— He has two forms. His butterfly form, and the human one. Around you, he's using his human form the most, though sometimes he comes over as a tiny thing knocking on your window.

— As a partner, Shrignold surprisingly tries not to brainwash you. He loves you for who you are (after enough time of dating), and if you were just another mindless follower... it wouldn't be the same.

— Though he does plan to make you his right hand or co-leader of the cult...

— Shrignold is not... Okay, yeah, he is extremely jealous. Possesive, even. He can't understand why you interact with other people who are not him or his friendly followers. If you're talking with someone, he is right behind you, glaring at them with bright red eyes of hatred.

— Of course, if we talk about him being a yandere, let's say Shrignold is extremely territorial about what's his. You're HIS husband. HIS Special One. HIS partner for life. He doesn't see you as an object, but you're from HIS property and territory. You are not getting away.

— If he is extremely busy with something, he goes and yells to the cult to follow you and make sure you're not doing anything with anyone. Yes, he knows you won't cheat on him, obviously. You have everything you could ever ask for, why would you do that?

— If he finds out you have suitors asking for your hand, oh he is MAD.

— Mad to the core. Mad mad mad mad. The butterfly is really angry. That person is never being heard of again.

— But anyway about that. You don't wanna see your husband as some sicko, right? He is much more than that!

— He will never show you his true form. He uses makeup to cover all of it, so if you touch his face, he might flinch a lot and even back away slightly. Not that he hates it, of course not! He just... fears it might wear off. He's not ready for that.

— If you want children, you two can safely adopt! Though, Shrignold is... generally bad with children. Speshal One is an exception, okay? Maybe you could adopt her instead. Or not.

— May not seem like it after everything I just told you, but Shrignold is actually very tame and obedient as a husband. Tell him to go, he does. Tell him to clean, he does it gladly, and with an apron on. Tell him it is the special moment of love and affection, he is dashing to you in a milisecond.

— Overall cultist butterfly activities. He was homofobic, and you fixed him. How wonderful can love be! Good luck though.
