It was a cold day on the fifth of January, Hirai’s seventeenth birthday. She was sat on the outer foundation ledge of an abandoned shop. She could feel the cool cement through her jeans, stinging her thighs. At least it was dry. Much of the ground was frosted white with a thin layer of snow. It glistened in the sunlight, and she wished it would melt the frozen particles. Between her fingers was a thin cigarette, that she merely frowned at. She hated cigarettes, but they were Tadashi’s. The least she could do was smoke them for him.

Silent tears rolled down her face, and she sniffed briefly before taking a drag from the stick of tobacco. It wasn’t like he would be back to smoke them. He was really gone this time, despite how hard the fact was to comprehend. She had warned him, but he never listened to her. He just wanted to make money for them to eat. Hirai had always told him that she’d rather go hungry than have those people hurt him, and that was still the case. It had killed him this time. They had killed him. Now she was alone with nowhere to go, and a full pack of lung cancer in her hand. It was all she really owned, and it was far from useful. 

At least it didn’t seem useful. But after a man with flaming red hair and an ‘I-don’t-give-a-shit’ attitude asked her for one, things became quite interesting.

His hands rested  limply at his sides, taking in the guilt and shame he had grownso used to feeling. So used to knowing. So used to trying to escape. - ❝ I’ve been trying and trying to make up for my mistakes but– ❞ - Shiro paused, biting his lip to hold back oncoming tears. - ❝But I’m just fooling myself, I know. ❞ - With that, the snowette’s voice weakened completely, cracking and s h a k i n g .

Finally, the King’s facade  broke  and hot tears traced his features. Honestly, the smaller wouldn’t have been so bothered by the notion if it hadn’t been brought up in other conversations he had had briefly. It was like  r u b b i n g  salt on the wound. A  permanent wound stitched into an immortal body. The King hated that he could no longer reflect on his mistakes without breaking into tears.Pitiful, to feel sorry for oneself so easily.

- ❝ S-sorry. ❞ - Was all the Silver King could muster past that point. If there was a limit to the fragility one could have, he might as well be at the very peak.

Kusanagi would admit to anyone that one of his favored past times was sitting in the bar, in complete solitude. He loved the silence, the smell of the wood and alcohol, mildly tainted by that irreversible stench of adolescent boy.No, perhaps tainted wasn’t the word - it did, after all, carry quite the negative connotation. He didn’t think that the influx of members to the little HOMRA family was a bad thing. In fact, the new clansmen were a big part of what made this place feel like home.  They were, of course, also the reason that having moments completely to oneself were such a rare and prized delicacy. He shifted to the left, just enough to reach down into the fridge and grab the jar of maraschino cherries, promptly opening it and spooning three of them into his thoroughly-spiked Shirley Temple. His fingers caressed the wood of the bar idly, while he thought of what he needed to stock up on for the weekend. Definitely more tomato juice… Mikoto and these tequila-based Bloody Mary’s were going to run him out of house and home. Literally. The moon would collide with the sun before a member of HOMRA actually paid for their own drinks at HOMRA.  With a sigh, he lifted the glass to his lips and gulped down several sips at once. By the time he had set it back down, he could hear Yata’s all-powerful vocals approaching from probably a full block away. That kid sure did have some lungs on him. Well, so much for solitude …

From the moment Nagare was introduced in Missing Kings, I fell in love with his character for just how meticulous he is in planning each move he makes. In stark comparison to how ruthless he can become when it concerns achieving his goals, he bears a surprisingly innocent and childish side that really intrigued me. The more I learn about him, the more I seem to fall head over heels for this character. I really adore how well-written Nagare is, in his actions, and how GoRA made an effort to add in body language, habits, and the like. If only they could cut down on fanservice.

My skype is avaliable to mutuals and though I am happy with RPing over skype I won’t roleplay over the IM system on tumblr which I will use only for OOC interaction. 

As for activity level, well it will depend on how I am with work and what not. There are days when work is so slow and I can be online all day and there are times when I cannot even check tumblr via mobile so I can only log on during the night and stay for a while.
