Insomnia

Inability to fall asleep within normal terms

Inability to sleep at all

Try mediation!

Try counting!

They repeated thoughts!

Omit caffeine

No light after 7

Etc.... we have tried it all!

Seriously it comes down to one thing.....

Take meds = sleep

Do anything that prevents you form being able to take your meds i.e. stay up past 10, drink, work 3rd shift, etc. = cant sleep

Cant sleep = stay up all night, all day, for days.

Piss everyone off cause they dont understand

Become irritated and "out of it", sleep deprivation, still not sleeping, "it's okay, I got this", "sleep is for the week"

Endless cycle

Out of no where...body and mind decides "shut down!" Sleep when you can even if it's not actual sleep.

This is MY life. Every day. All day. It's not that we WANT to stay up and run on NOTHING. It's just what happens and it's at no fault of our own.

Please don't shame us for it. Don't make us feel bad that we can't just fall asleep like you can. Don't hate us when you're sleeping and we don't follow.

We want to. We really do. We just CAN'T.

My little Odessa

I live in a fairly rising town with an expanding population. My life however, is centered around a small group of constants. These constants make up my very own Little Odessa.

They are a mixture of bloodborne, acquisitions, false adoptions and more. The rarity of my Odessa includes males, females, felines, canines, family, friends, friends turned family, etc.

It may be a small village but it is a powerful one. The masses, regardless of skill level, pull together in times of extreme need and support.

I'm blissfully happy with my Little Odessa and wouldnt change it for anything.

Don't be envious of my Little Odessa....go make your own!

hey fellas last night i took a medication which is more or less the anxiety equivalent of a horse tranquilizer & essentially enterred the fifth dimension of sleepwalking in which i awoke but enterred a dissociative fit so strong i was really confused why my loving girlfriend was not my good friend and fellow viking bjorn, who i had to bring some furs to. also i might’ve cried about this. don’t remember

I don’t usually post my “extreme opinion” but….

It’s our choice what we do. It’s my life. Not yours. WE get decide what happens to our selves. How does what I decide to do with my life effect you? Yeah we can talk about the money and how the government makes us think that our individual choices about our own lives effect others but let’s be real…. it doesn’t. I can decide to not eat all GMO free goods or whatever. I can decide to vape or inhale chemicals into MY body. I can decide to eat, drink, smoke what I want. I DECIDE what I do with the years I’ve been given. Does it effect you? No. So let’s let everyone live the fucking life they want live.

Just another day

Been a hot minute since I've posted. Is my page even relevant?

I don't care because at the very least this is one place I can word vomit and no one is the wiser.

I can say that because anyone who gives a damn, doesn't follow me here. How many of you can say that this is the same reason you come here?

Probably most.

Anyway, I'm here to just let go. I'm angry and I'm sad and I'm depressed... yeah, yeah, we all are, I know.

Just let me have this. Please. It's my release.

I have beautiful children that push me beyond. They hurt me everyday and I don't even think they know. I have a loving boyfriend who also doesn't take into consideration that I am damaged and need more sincere reinforcement that he loves me and thinks I'm beautiful.

Side note...I'm older than him by a decade.

Conflicted

How can a human be sad about a personal issue while someone they love is sad at the same time but for a different reason?

Why does it feel selfish? Just because it's not a direct impact on you as to why you are sad...scratch that...it is a direct impact. If not how could effect you if it wasn't?

What do you say? What do you do? Why is it hard to be empathic or sympathetic to another while you are hurting as well?

When your sorrow seems trivial compared to theirs?

Life is full of conflicting feelings.
