Freddy: So I was like thinking, do you think Batman has ever got a sunburn in the shape of his cowl? Like when he does daylight mission for the JL? Or does he have like special sunscreen? Bat screen? Is that a thing?

Freddy Freeman HC's

Here I am again with Freddy Freeman head canons. I have an issue.

This turned out to be mostly about his disability tho. *shrugs*

Whenever his family goes on vacation, Victor and Rosa have to pull him aside and make sure the trip won't be too much for his leg

Of course he ALWAYS says it's fine

When they do go on the long road trips they get the big vans

And he normally has a whole row to himself so he can prop up his leg

Even if he insists that he doesn't need it

The bumping of the van is actually super painful

But he ignores it

When they go swimming, he just has to sit on the side and watch

Most of the time Rosa sits with him and gently rubs his back because she knows he's hurting inside

Darla also sits with him a lot

She can swim like a fish but she prefers to talk with Freddy when he's alone

He appreciates it so much

Billy helps Freddy a ton

Helping him carry stuff or whatever

He feels super sad when Freddy has to sit alone on the sand at the beach while the rest of the family wades

So he purposely finds special seashells for him

Because he knows Freddy ADORES seashells

Freddy goes ecstatic when he he's them

It's super cute

He has multiple crutches in his room

Some of them have cool designs on them but he prefers his plain one

Rosa and Victor have medication for him

He's supposed to take one pill every week to help the pain

But once he forgot it and it was the worst time in his lfie

He makes sure to remember it now

He has yearly doctor appointments for his leg

He refuses to tell anyone how he became disabled

But Billy eventually figure out the truth

Freddy makes him swear not to tell anyone

"Promise!"

"Okay, okay! I promise!"

Freddy has nightmares a lot

Like every night

He actually hates storms so much

They remind him of....certain things and give him bad dreams

Billy knows this and comforts him on those nights

His family is SUPER caring and loves him so much

They don't mind his disability at all

In fact it's one of the things they love about him

One time before Billy was there he woke up with his leg hurting

He didn't know what to do because he didn't want to bother anyone

But it hurt so bad

He started crying and Mary heard him because she's always awake

(Like always)

She finds him and hugs him

She gets him medication and comforts him

She has to end up reassuring him that it's okay that he needed help

They become super close after that

Guys this boi is too cute. Love him<3<3<3<3<3<3<3

:edit: okay I thought up a couple more and I wanted to add them

He one time overheard his family trying to plan a vacation that he could go on and have fun

He was so happy but also sad

Cuz there was a lot they couldn't do all because of him

Darla had lots of ideas

"Camping!"

"Camping....could work, I guess. Maybe." Victor and Rosa shared a look.

"Disney world!"

This time Billy said something. "The walking could be too much for him"

Darla quickly got less enthusiastic

"The....beach?"

"He wouldn't be able to swim."

Soon Freddy just feels bad about it

But eventually they end up going to an old themed village

It's small so not much walking and is also close

They walk through the whole thing in a little less than 3 hours

Freddy has an absolute BLAST

He loves it so much and his family is so glad they picked something he could do

Because they love to see him happy

He liked visiting the old buildings and touching things people from 200 years ago touched

It's so cute

And he's happy that his family did this just for him
