MADE4Learner’s Framework
They say online class is very difficult. And yes! I definitely agree. It is a very challenging way of coping up with the lessons and with my classmates. True enough, it is very tiring, draining all of your energy being in front of a computer all day, experiencing headaches probably because of the radiation, having inappropriate meal time, waking up early to prepare for the 7:30 am class.
Being part of the MADE4Learner’s Framework takes part of a big change in my lifestyle and daily routine. This time around, I need to get used to be in front of a computer or a laptop for maybe 8-12 hours a day. Even vacant time is used for doing assignments and projects. I need to suffer and extend my patience due to a log laptop if I the computer is not available. And there are more difficult experiences.
There are many first-time experiences that I have encountered as I take the challenge of online classes. I did used Zoom, Moodle, Office 365, and even tried to have a video call with my college classmates and friends for the first time.
Despite the disadvantages and challenges I experienced, I also get to see the beauty and benefits of taking part of this MADE4Learner’s Framework. We get to see and appreciate the resources found on the internet and students just like me is trying their best to cope up with the lessons by any means. We also have so-called “Perks of Online Schooling” such as having free snacks, a mother giving you food to eat when the class is ongoing, having a nephew telling me, “Tita! Eat na!” which can make me feel better and less tired because they somehow help me to feel relaxed and less pressured.
