i've had braces for the past year+ and am going to have them taken off soon! been reflecting on the experience:

almost every time i got new bands, i asked the person doing it to give me a rainbow. it was really cool seeing the different ways that got interpreted by different people! normal ROYGBIV, pastels, leaning into a specific color scheme… everyone was unique :D

I wanted to document these somehow, so here's a silly portrait!

Narr are a single sex species but have a variety of gender things going on bc reasons. Kids have a specific pronoun set they use until they get old enough to start experimenting with gender. :P
