Ugh the Etsy app is SO BAD. You can't download digital purchases via the app, but does Etsy tell you this when you buy a digital file using the app? Noooo. It also hides the product description way down under the reviews like??? They're inviting problems for sellers because buyers can't find the description and end up with an item that doesn't meet their expectations. But it still pushes you to use the app at every opportunity. Just UGH

Don't use the Etsy app guys. It's awful and broken and is straight up missing features. Use your browser instead.
