Hi just wanted to drop in and say your art is absolutely stunning. Like specifically for the ZombieCombie pieces— Such gorgeous lighting?? I love how earthy and dark the shadows are and how bright the highlights are. I love the contrast of Hidan’s brightness and the vibrant reds paired with Kakuzu’s earthy.. dark corpse colours?

Both of them really have a different take on corpse to me? Hidan more like a corpse frozen in time, all pale and deathly and red where you’d think he’d be. And Kakuzu who feels more like a body buried against its will but dug up with pure spite and anger— Dirt at his creases, mold deep inside him, all log rot and mud. And the intensity? Neither of them can gjve anything in their lives just 10%. It’s all or nothing, wickedness and madness and the pump of blood and the snapping of sniew— You portray it so gloriously.

That is to say I fucking love your work of them haha. I really enjoy your take on their anatomies outside of the typical anime style as well?? Wrinkly forehead Kakuzu with the broad nose is so good- Same with Hidan having a longer face and quite literally silver hair. Also the way you draw the Earth Grudge Fear?? Looks so sick??? So cool!? I love the way you render the planes of their faces too! And the hands are absolutely marvellous!! It’s a small group I find, the Kakuzu &/or the Kakuhida fanbase, and your art (both insides said fanbase, and out) is such a joy to see. (I keep coming back to your art haha it’s so pretty)

Thank you for so many kind words, i’m so glad that you like my pictures and you look at them so carefully!! Your associations and descriptions are so GORGEOUS, i read and re-read them with pleasure so many times!! I keep thinking that no one is looking into all these details which I made up for myself, and i'm very glad to be wrong!

Btw, 'm currently working on a small zine with my drawings dedicated to them, I hope I'll be able to finish it in june, and then there’ll be a little more works with them (after all,i've loved them so much for more than twelve years)
