Which method of gathering feedback is more advantageous- formal or informal? Explain.
For me the more advantageous method of gathering feedback is informal because in informal the visitors are free to give a feedback without following any rules or format. It is simple because you can personally ask the visitors what suggestions that you can improve in your website. This may involve you giving more feedback, encouraging the visitors to seek feedback as routine from others, and involving more people in giving informal feedback. Feedback can also have a thread if other visitor wanted to reply to another feedback. With the informal feedback, you can gather feedback as much as you can.

What comments and feedback have you received that greatly helped you improve your project or output?
Before, I also did a poster for our project. Because I was not used to Photoshop, I asked for feedback or comments from my friends who are web designers. They told me that I should avoid putting designs and to be direct to the point. The message that I wanted to convey through poster must be shown even the output was simple. And because of those feedback, it helped me to improve my editing skills. Up until now, I am still following their advice to me and it helps me to be better.

Given all of the methods to increase the number of visitors of a web site, which one do you think is the most effective? Why do you say so?
For me, the most effective method to increase the number of the visitors is to use key words in hyperlinks. It is because it will be easier for the viewers to view your web site if there are key words in hyperlinks. Hashtags expand the reach of your posts beyond your immediate followers and help you reach new audiences. At the same time, they help you create social media discussions, chats and trends that can be used for wide ranging purposes. On social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Plus the right keywords will draw in the most views shares, and retweets. This is a great way to attract a new audience who can be directed to your web site. Of course, use a keywords that are unique and will always be remembered by your visitors.

Which of the presented WCMS tools have you tried before? How was your experience in using these tools?
Yes, I’ve tried one WCMS tool before and it was WordPress. Because of my addiction to Kpop, I learned so much about blogs and other types of websites. And that’s the time I discovered about WordPress. I once used WordPress for Kpop purposes. I created an account and started blogging about Kpop, Korean food, Korean culture, and etc. It was a good experience. I can tell that WordPress is a friendly-user website because of its features are easy to use. Also, this WCMS tool is such a help for the students like me because you can find information in WordPress.

What social application have you encountered? Was it appealing for you? In what form did this application take?
The social application I’ve encountered that was appealing for me was Twitter and until now I still love twitter. It’s my favorite social application because it’s different from the social applications I am using. Although it has fewer features but I still love how I can express everything through Twitter without receiving any criticism. I also use twitter for updates: in my surroundings, kpop, music, fashion, food and etc. It is also a help for me to stalk someone, or should I say to know more about someone. By the use of Twitter, you can tweet freely without thinking others. But, of course, you should learn to control yourself in tweeting.

If I would rank the copywriting tips in terms of their usefulness, it would be:
> Use subheadings to identify subsections of the application or web site
> Split paragraphs into shorter and fewer sentences.
> Highlight key words
> Split complex sentences into simpler ones
I put subheadings first because as we all know that in a website, it would be easier for the viewers to easily identify or search for information by looking at the subheadings. For me, it is the most important thing to do in a website, putting a subhead, because viewers nowadays want to make things easier. Second is making the paragraphs short because it will make the viewers read everything and it will have a smaller chances of committing an error. Third is highlighting the key words, after having a fewer paragraphs, it will be easier for the users to find the information if there are highlighted words. Fourth is split complex sentences into simpler ones because this will help the users/viewers to understand every information information without putting too much.

There was an instance that I considered both psychographics and demographics. It was during our Oral Communication when Ms. Policarpio let us make a data of our audience that we should consider for our speech. We put in the data the information about the audience such as: gender, age, school, religion, and profession. We also put the information about their beliefs, insights, and opinions. It was a great help to know first our audience before delivering the speech. Although we haven’t had our performance yet, at least we knew that what audience we wanted to be.

What were the instances when you used social media for an activity? How did it turn out?
Because I was a staff before in a kpop fanclub, I always used social media for promotions, games & activities, polls and etc. It became easier for us to know who are willing to join us. For example, we would be having a gathering of our fanclub. To inform the members or the fans, we used social media to promote it and to remind them. And it became useful because, we knew who would be attending or not. And another example was the campaign through social media. Because of social media, we had the chance to tell our message we wanted to convey to the people around the world.

Are there instances when you used social media and ICT to help someone? How did you accomplish the task?
Yes, there are instances that I use social media and ICT to help someone. It may be a help in projects, entertainment, education or personal problems. Just like what happened before, when my friend’s bestfriend was missing. Her bestfriend is a guy who studies at FEU. Before the next day, he was gone missing and no one could contact him. That’s why my friend contacted me through facebook if I knew the guy or saw him. Because I didn’t know who that guy was, I started asking my friends in facebook and they also helped us. Finally, after connecting with different people, we found the guy. And the guy was safe. Thanks to social media that helped us a lot. We can say that although social media is like a distraction but it is helpful in many ways.

When you were watching tutorial videos, were there instructions that did not go well? How do you think you can check the legitimacy of the tutorial?
There was once an experience that I watched a tutorial video about make up. The youtuber introduced the products that she used or how those products helped her to improve her skin because of the vitamins contained in the products. She also said the steps by steps in using the products. Because of the way she talked, I was convinced to buy some of the products. But when I tried using it, my face had break-outs. I got pimples because of the products I used. That’s why I learned a lesson, to check first the reviews of the products before using it. You have to browse the legitimacy of the tutorials on the internet so that you will not be fooled by the people that you are watching at.

I’m always using youtube to watch tutorials. I’m watching tutorial videos for make-up, cooking, fashion, lifestyle, math solving and many more. These videos or tutorials are almost in the field of education like Math and it is also in the field of arts and design. Watching tutorials, at first, I thought it would be useless and boring. But because of these tutorials, I learned to be more conscious to myself and learned to appreciate the things around me. I learned to be open-minded. Also, I learned to try things that I haven’t done. In short, I learned many things.

I’ve personally experienced the benefits of multimedia. As a student, I’ve experienced it by: using presentations during reporting. In my previous school, we always have reporting and multimedia helped me to make my report more realistic. Even now that I turned senior high student, I’m still using multimedia when there is reporting. And, I’m using multimedia for the tutorials like watching videos on Youtube and learning through it. Multimedia helps me to communicate to other people through social media. It also helps me to entertain myself by watching programs or dramas from different websites and listening to music.
There are different benefits that I have experienced or still experiencing because I use multimedia in my everyday life. But I still know my responsibilities in using it.

In my experience of using multimedia application, I think that non linear us better than linear. Nonlinear is a category of multimedia that lets you interact with the other user. Unlike linear that you cannot manipulate and you cannot have the access to navigate. You can only watch or see information or presentation. Additional to nonlinear, you can do many things like communicating, playing games, browsing and editing, In short, you have the freedom to do what you want.
They have almost the same advantages even they are different categories. And, both of them are useful in different ways.

Prezi is one of the best tools in creating a presentation. It has features that can be helpful and useful to make your presentation presentable. What are those features?
You can important your powerpoint slides. Prezi is allowing you to import a powerpoint into presentation. You can edit it, you can customize it and you can edit the movements of the slides. Aside from that, the view of the presentation from the viewers. They can view your presentations from frame to frame, depending on what you choose. You can also embed a video. Video adds entertainment in your presentation. And, you can add sound or music, and narration. With that, your presentation will be more expressive. You can add the sound frame by frame or can play only on designated slide. It has better collaboration too. Prezi provides a number of ways to effectively present as a group. Much like any collaborative writing application, multiple users can work on the same presentation at once. The collaboration sidebar will show you who is working on the presentation.
With these features, it becomes more advantageous as compared with conventional presentation tools. Ever since I started high school, our teachers were always using Prezi and Slideshare as they teach. And I observed that it is much enjoyable to use Prezi in your discussion because of it is a story telling type of presentation. I also observe that its features are more unique than the other presentation tools.

What are the advantages of creating and saving your documents online? What are the advantages of sharing what Google integrated in these productivity tools?
There are a lot of people now are using saving their documents online. It is not just easy to use but it is reliable. But what are the advantages of it?
By storing your data online you are reducing the burden of your hard disk, which means you are eventually saving disk space. Because we all know that hard disk has only limited space. With the online storage, you can consume space properly. Second is the accessibility of it. You can access the data anywhere in the world. You don't have to bring flashdrive with you all the time. Third is the safety, where you can avoid the errors or the crashing of your device. It might also affect your files if your device crashes. It will be safe from hazards if you store it online. Lastly, its data recovery as it provides quick recovery of your files and folders. This makes them more safe and secure.
However, there are also advantages of using Google in work or projects. These are: Google Apps can sync across your email, your Google Drive with your docs in, your calendar and even with hangouts, for business calls and messaging. It means that in Google, it is much easier to sync all your documents. Another advantage of it, is the capability to work with the team. Google can also be cooperative when you are working because of its ability manage the documents and etc. Lastly, you can also customize it if you want to. You can choose whatever design that you want for your work.

What will happen if a Web site development team does not have enough members? Explain.
Developing a large web site is not an easy task. It has to be composed of enough members to achieve the web site that you wanted.
If a web site development does not have enough members, it would be hard for them to do their tasks. These members have assigned position or are focused on their skills only. What if none of your members can do multi-tasking? It's not only hard but it's also time consuming. It might affect the web site that you are doing. You may be disappointed in the end because you didn't meet your expectations. It has disadvantage too. The members might not understand each other because of their differences in saying an opinion, idea, or skill.
Despite of the disadvantage, it is still a MUST to have a complete members in your team. You should have the budget already to avoid thinking how much you will pay. Also, avoid thinking of the problems you may encounter. Because if you unite together, you'll come up with better work.
