After some back and forth with another user about OCs, it inspired me to actually finish my inspo post that I mentioned a month ago!

Under the cut, I'm gonna talk about my wrestling OCs' general personalities, a couple wrestlers that inspired them, and some of my favorite matches with them! Hope you enjoy and find a fun new match to check out or a new talent to stan 😊

Also I should add that I keep to canon as much as possible!!

The first of two is my OG, my main squeeze, my fiery angel - Anna Condor!

Anna is the definition of a spitfire. She is a strong-willed, quick-witted person who isn't afraid to speak her mind, even if it can get her into some trouble. She is fiercely loyal and defensive of those she cares about, yet hot-headed and confrontational to those she rivals. Anna is a part of a wrestling family but keeps it secret to avoid talks of nepotism and hopes to someday earn the privilege to use her family name. Though she seems to have a rough exterior, Anna tries her best to be morally sound and to do the right thing.

Anna has a striking style of wrestling, relying on strong punches, kicks, and takedowns to weaken her opponents.

Kris Statlander - From her showboating and charisma in the ring to the vast range of emotions she can show in a matter of moments, Kris fits as a perfect comparison and inspiration to Anna. Check out Kris Statlander vs Willow Nightingale at AEW Dynamite!

Dani Luna - I found Dani recently, and her moveset and entrance gestures are so similar to how I've written Anna. She is such a strong striker, and every move she does looks AND sounds devastating. Check out Dani Luna vs Miyuki Takase @ DPW!

Zaria (fka Delta Brady) - With a mix of goth elements, iconic color branding, and a lot of industrial hardware, Zaria's aesthetic is very Anna coded. She is someone to definitely watch out for in NXT, and I'm excited to see her become a force in the division. Check out Delta vs Jordynne Grace @ OPW!

The second of the two, the southern sunshine, Casey McKay!

Casey could be seen as a foil to Anna. She is typically a calm, rational person who tends to lean optimistic in any situation she's in. She is very self-assurant, believing she is one of the best pros that perform the way she does. Casey is all for flashy, grandiose entrances and gear; the reactions from fans are what really make her feel like a superstar. Casey is the first of her lineage to be a pro-wrestler; she is hyper critical of herself and is very motivated to be successful, no matter what it takes, and is known to hold a grudge from time to time.

Casey has a powerhouse style of wrestling, using super human lifts and devastating takedowns to wear out her opponents.

Raquel Rodriguez - Raquel's moveset is EVERYTHING, and such an inspiration for Casey. From devastating clotheslines to the incredible Tejana Bomb, Raquel shows that power and beauty can coexist, and they fit Casey perfectly. Check out Raquel Rodriguez vs Rhea Ripley @ WWE Payback 2023!

Deonna Purrazzo - Deonna's gear is next level. It fits this grandiose, larger than life feeling you get when watching wrestling. If I could choose a Mount Rushmore of gear styles, Deonna is on it, and she's the perfect inspiration for Casey's equally flashy style. I also think that Casey as a heel carries herself a lot like Deonna. Check out Deonna Purrazzo vs Lady Frost @ TNA!

Bianca Belair - Bianca is the definition of "on the pursuit to be the best", it's her main gimmick! Face or heel, this is her primary goal, the thing that fuels her decisions, which really drew me to her when developing Casey. Check out Bianca Belair vs Becky Lynch at Wrestlemania 38!
