The Nefertiti Bust is a painted stucco-coated limestone bust of Nefertiti, the Great Royal Wife of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. The work is believed to have been crafted in 1345 B.C. by the sculptor Thutmose, because it was found in his workshop in Amarna. It is one of the most copied works of ancient Egypt.

Telomere length is a biomarker for aging, basically the younger you are the longer your telomeres are (the region at the end of each chromosome), and as you age, they get shorter. One thing that can change the expression of your genes and affect the length of your telomeres is #meditation. Meditating promotes a mechanism that increases your telomere length by enhancing the expression of a gene that makes an enzyme called telomerase. Telomerase can rebuild your telomeres, but that process doesn’t happen if the genes in your cells responsible for that are not expressed, meaning they are not actively doing what their supposed to be doing. So if you want to increase the activity of telomerase, #meditate for a few minutes every day and that will do the trick. Eagle Medicine Shield The Eagle flies higher than any other bird and therefore “closer” to the Sun, the source of light. It’s closeness to the Sun, symbolic of the Great Spirit, resembles the medicine to draw close to the High Self.
