Okay so apparently my mother, who barely knows who Dan and Phil are, knows every word to 'The Internet is Here' purely because I bought the song on iTunes almost 8 years ago and it comes through on her shuffle and she doesn't know how to skip songs whilst driving 😵‍💫😵‍💫

She started singing it the other day unprompted and I basically had war flashbacks

I really want dnp to do a yap sesh telling us about their experience with not having a set or any props or even their costumes for an entire leg of the tour. I want to know how they dealt with the initial stress, how they went about recreating the backdrop, the dioramas, choosing what to wear on stage etc. I love getting insight into how they work together and I just think it would be so interesting to know how they handled this

My dear grandmother now recognises Dan’s laughs as “the dark-haired one”. According to old you tube comments this was a common occurrence so I’m taking it as a right of passage

I told my dad that Sister Daniel has the same sex appeal as Dr. Frank-N-Furter and he quite enthusiastically agreed

Visited my parents for the holidays with my brand new Dan and Phil obsession. Forced themto watch three videos and then watched a whole bunch others on the television. Here’s a summary

They loved Sister Daniel (my mum especially was laughing out loud at all of the ✨scandalous✨ jokes). My dad really liked their kitchen

They loved Teddy and the tiny horse calendar and then asked to watch the making-of video.

Told my mum all the golden pig lore and she was delighted

Shared Phil’s “let me mark my territory” moment from Newlyweds because that’s 10/10 something my mum would say as well as the gesture and sound effects (she agreed)

Was watching a sims S1 video and my dad walked by and asked me if they were out by then. He then said: they’re some of the gayest looking dudes I have seen. The one on the left is kinda cute

My grandmother says they’re the best looking of the random men I’ve gotten obsessed with and that I am improving in taste because all the other men I’m obsessed with are ugly 💀
