Just found out about “Proud Like A God XX” (https://open.spotify.com/album/3d5uCI9aMb09ECHj37ccZr?si=2n50MmyUR5SIkucPV8oJOQ), the “reissue” of the amazing Guano Apes album.
First of all, omg, 20 years. I’m so old!
Second: OMG, it’s incredibad. They re-recorded some of the tracks, and re-mixed all the others, ruining all of them in the process. Fortunately the original album is still there to be enjoyed over and over again https://open.spotify.com/album/0fmKtYSuehACePXhik8JNt?si=Vn8CdF3VTMGa-RiZCMztxw
Honorable mention: both covers (Eminem and Depeche Mode) are also bad =)
