I reach out to you from a place of deep pain and devastation — from under the rubble and amidst destruction, where the voice of suffering is louder than anything else.

My name is Ahmad, from Gaza. My beloved mother is suffering from several serious chronic illnesses and urgently needs surgery. Sadly, due to the harsh conditions we are living in, I cannot afford the cost of her treatment on my own.

Our tragedy doesn’t stop there. Our home was completely destroyed in the recent attacks, leaving us without shelter or safety.

And to make matters worse, my nephew was severely injured and is now in critical condition, fighting for his life.

Tomorrow is Eid Al Adha

There’s nothing left here for us. We urgently need to leave Gaza 🙏🙏 Please help us to get out.

We haven’t seen real food for over two months. Most of what we eat is just lentils.

A single bag of flour now costs around $400 (1,500 shekels), and there’s a 40% fee on almost anything we try to buy or receive.

Life here has become extremely expensive and unbearable.

Every dollar you donate truly goes toward our daily basic needs — food, water, and survival.

We are afraid to go to the so-called “humanitarian aid distribution areas.”

We fear we won’t come back alive if we go. We would be easy targets for the Israeli army.

The joy of children in Gaza has been destroyed.

In Gaza, children don't get to be children. Many children are detained and forced into prison. Many children are forced to look after their siblings after their parents were murdered. Children have to sleep in the cold, in the humiliating and unsanitary conditions. No comfortable bed in sight. Children have to drink contaminated water, and risk disease. And risk disease due to flies and rats and conditions where people live in very close proximity.

“Starvation is increasing,” said Jonathan Whittall, head of the U.N.'s humanitarian affairs office for the occupied Palestinian territories. More than 110 children have been admitted for treatment for malnutrition every day since the start of this year, he said.

Please, see this suffering and stand in solidarity. Stand against this madness. Please help by donating, sharing and spreading awareness, and taking other action.
