These jumbo pin sets unexpectedly turned into a beast of a manufacturing project, but thanks to FinalFinal_Project, they are now manifest.
They're currently shipping to BackerKit backers, and will pop up in the Lackadaisy Shop later!
(Included the original 2D art designs at the bottom for comparison.)

Do you ever get frustrated at fans who gloss over the fact every character (besides Lacy and Nina) is a criminals with questionable and arbitrary moralities at best are straight up psychopaths at worse, and instead see them all as admirable?
Hmm. Not really. I personally enjoy deeply flawed characters with compromised moralities, who make a lot of bad decisions for understandable - though not excusable - reasons. I like the internal and external sort of conflict, the accidental self-sabotage, the spiraling, compounding problems that arise from that - sometimes tragic, sometimes funny. Sometimes a lesson is learned, but often it's the wrong one. For me, that's what makes an interesting story. That's a lot of what Lackadaisy is meant to be. But I understand why fans may want to reinterpret characters into some form that's simply more fun or comfortable for them to engage with. Sometimes you just like a character and you want to imagine them in a cozy, domestic romance. Sometimes you want to explore what they'd be like outside of the world of normalized violence that they inhabit. Maybe you want to see if you can conjure them a convincing redemption arc. I think you're allowed to do that. I would just hope, in general, that it doesn't mean the characters are being misconstrued as heroic role models in canon or something. (I'm inclined to give readers/viewers more credit than that, really.)
What does frustrate me a little is some of the moralistic conflation that happens in fandom at times. Liking or enjoying a morally corrupt or monstrous character in the context of a fictional story is not the same as condoning that character's behavior or ideology. It does not mean the fan is also morally corrupt, or that they would fawn over a real-world corollary who'd caused real-world harm. I've seen some policing that goes on in that vein that perhaps makes some fans reluctant to express their like for characters of a more sinister persuasion. Perhaps that drives some of the desire to soften or realign villains in fan spaces - fear of being judged.

i love to read a character's stoicism as awkwardness. yeah your posture is great and you're mysteriously surveying the scene but it's because you're stiff af and don't know how to approach anyone, right?

If Mordecai were to decide to get married, what kind of woman would he be into?
I don't think he's really in the market for marriage or women.

my favorite genre of fictional character is like "i am terrifying to almost everyone, i'm very good at killing, i can endure anything, i've become exceptionally good at playing into my reputation, and if you try to give me positive social interaction i will react with confusion and cower in a corner like an abused animal. and i may try to shoot you. but there is also a chance i may imprint on you like a feral dog receiving its first loving touch! good luck."
