Good God, Dobson is talking about Quiet AGAIN. So he’s directly comparing Quiet flirting with the player and the demo of Death Stranding in which if you stare at the character, Sam’s, crotch too long, he punches you. 
Okay, here’s what Dobson doesn’t understand. Because he does no research. First of all, Quiet does not flirt with you if you ‘ogle’ her. Dobson probably made that up because he STILL hates Quiet. MGS5 has a ‘Buddy’ system where you can take a teammate with you on missions. Quiet is one of them, and the more time you spend with her, the closer your relationship is. Secondly, it’s pretty clear as the story goes on, Quiet IS IN LOVE WITH BIG BOSS. They have some, what I feel are…awkward moments, but it’s pretty clear what her feelings are. Look up cutscenes on YouTube. Also, remember, Quiet DOESN’T TALK (and yes, there is a good story reason for that, too). So given these two things, doesn’t it, uh, make sense to BE flirty? Dobson ‘doesn’t flirt,’ by his own admission, so I don’t expect him to understand this. 
Thirdly, even though it’s difficult to say what’s going on in the Death STranding demo, if Sam is in a strange place surrounded by people he doesn’t really know, why would he WANT people staring at his junk? It’s also insulting Dobson calls Sam’s reaction ‘No homo!’ There’s just…so much wrong with that. For example, does Dobson think absolutely NO women will play this game? Why? Because ‘girls don’t like games like this’? Say, that’s kind sexist of you, isn’t it, Dobson?
Fourthly, Sam’s scenario MIGHT sort of be a callback to the original MGS, where Snake can keep staring at Meryl and she’ll react differently. No, she’s not nude, JUST LIKE SAM IN THE DEMO, or have a revealing cleavage, but considering Kojima self-references in his games A LOT, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was somewhat of a reference. Thank Eurogamer for that observation. 
Also, maybe Kojima just thought it was funny. Why is that wrong, Dobson?
So Dobson thinks these two scenarios are EXACTLY THE SAME, even though, again, despite it being unclear what Death Stranding is about, what is clear is you’re meant to be have DIFFERENT GAME EXPERIENCES. But what does Dobson do? What he always does…“ALL MEN ARE SEXIST!! QUIET IS STILL SEXIST!!” Dobson, you’re up your own ass with your corrupting lesbian fetish. YOU are sexist.
