I was very fortunate to be selected to be a finalist in the HerUniverse Fashion Show at SDCC this year. I've been doing more designing and making of original concepts over the last few years, and the third time submitting was the charm. 🥰
The theme was Disney to celebrate the company's 100 years of Wonder. As Marvel is apart of Disney, my concept of The Scarlet Witch from the MCU was selected. Based on the Disney+ series Wandavision, she is a transformation look but as if it was mid transformation. 1950s grey burning away with hex lines to reveal her final form of the Scarlet Witch.
And yes. It lights up. 🥰
**NOTE: The HerUniverse Fashion Show was put on with the blessing of SAG-AFTRA and the WGA. This show was not in any violations of the strike and I fully support those looking for fair contracts and wages for their creative work.**
Total Build Time: ~2 months

There’s drama, there’s excitement, and there’s harmony for three in a story of adventure on the sea. Now, featured in this epic is a ship of proud design. No, it’s not this ocean liner. We take a different line. So with a huff and a puff and a chug-chug-chug, and a perky little hoot, we introduce our hero, the tugboat, Little Toot.

This is me posting my Gravity Falls dress, knowing that is has flopped on most of the other platforms and leaving for a few days afterwards.
And now here’s me coming back to see all of the love and support for this project with so many amazing comments, reblogs, and reposts.
Thank you all for so much love on this project. I worked so hard on it and it really was a labor of love! I really appreciate all the positive vibes. I’ll be posting more photos from some of the professional shoots I’ve done, so please look forward to it!
What if I told you it was so big because it was full of secrets??
In the daytime, it just looks like book pages. But when you hit it with a blacklight....
All of the blacklight on the pages were hand drawn and splattered by me. I copied some of the official pages from the show and then made up some fun pages with tons of Easter eggs and jokes. This was seriously a labor of love.
The 3 months of work no one will ever see in person. 🥲☠️
