Today is my birthday 🎈
And I want to set up new things in my life, most of them are regarding work. I felt burn out in December and January. A lot of things didn’t feel good. Now some circumstances changed and I changed, it feels like see things different. Maybe this is the Start for a new mindset in a new life.
I started the day with my mother and it was really lovely. Now I am on the way to my workplace and will have a possibility to learn and ask questions. I love to ask questions but I feel like I am lacking of Knowledge. This is a thing I want to change I want to feel proud of asking questions and not to feel embarrassed.
In a presentation the speaker said it is nothing worse to be speechless because there are no questions in your mind. The first thing you have to do is to ask questions about the topic to connect with it.
This is a beautiful thought 💭 ! Ask as much questions to understand complex knowledge and search for answers. Alone or in a team.
In the evening I see my father and his girlfriend and we are eating pizza 🫶🏼🇮🇹

Yesterday I had a very motivating day at the study seminar. I lost my motivation because a few people said I couldn't do it. Yesterday I had great conversations with people who believe in me.
I started the day well today and have already completed a few tasks. After school I go to the library and in the evening I go to sports 💪🏻.

Today I ate lentil soup after school and then went to the library to work. That was the best idea. I've started some really hard work and I am feeling sooo good.
Although the library is now closed, I will continue working at home. As a little extra, I borrowed several radio plays to finish off the day and I'm going to listen to them straight away. Today is a strong day.

We have a lot of sickness at the moment in school for a life of the and yesterday I was hit by it. Instead of working, I went to bed at 7 pm and slept until 5 am. I realize it this morning, but I have to go to my school's open day. Now I'm on my way and do my shift.
Then I go to the desk and work on my must-dos:
🎀 Spelling lesson planning
🎀 Lesson planning for digestion
🎀 Search for an adapter
🎀 Work on Woyzeck
🎀 Send progression plan
🎀 familiarize yourself with the topic of digestion
🎀 Write emails
⭐️ manage finances better
It looks like a lot, but if I take my time, I can do it today. So discipline is the order of the day.

Yesterday I had a really taff talk with my mentor. I try to do my best but it only gets worse. I am really sad and tiered but I believe there will be a time it gets better.
A good thing is finish most of my important task. Even I didn’t get my rewards because I worked til 12 in the evening I got my things done 💪🏻. So today is a new da to improve myself and learn new things. Don’t be to hard to yourself and try to believe in you 🫶🏼
So must do’s are
- plan my next lessons
- study grammar and spelling (dass or das, Fugen��s”) and plan the lessons for my students —> ask my mentor for materials
- Create a zoom- Link
- move to my place
-ask for the Saturday
- pay my friends (birthday present and true fruits order)
- print the LRS-Protocols and put them to my mentors desk ( I forgot USB-Stick)

Yesterday I studied a little bit in the evening and the feeling afterward was nice. In the morning I started reading newspapers my family did this every Sunday and because of the political circumstances I want to inform myself better without X, Google or Instagram. So I started reading the German newspaper “FAZ”.
Even I didn’t get all things done I could start with some task which I will continue today.
In the morning I couldn’t get out of bed and start will my day and my task. When I got up the feeling was gone and I felt excitement to start. What can I do to feel excitement and great instead of being overwhelmed in the morning?
The weather ist great to work and study. I have the feeling today will be a great workday. It’s cloudy and grey 🌬️☁️.
My must do list for today included
☁️ write my Instructor
☁️ write my teacher and plan a meeting
☁️ write to my health insurance company
☁️ continue planning my lessons
☁️ revise the LRS protocols
☁️ send my students their papers
Yesterday I set up a new Planer on my IPad and one page recommended to reward yourself after you finish some task. So my reward are visit in the evening and new sport. And between the big task write and draw on my iPad ✍🏻

Today I'm starting my 100 Days of Productivity again. Last time, I didn't write regularly and lost motivation at some point. I'm now trying to change that. My goals for today are:
write down a list of tasks for the weekend and next week
divide them into smaller tasks and spread them out over the week
work on the three most important tasks tonight (e.g. upload EWH) -look at the syllabus -write the LRS plans for German
Tasks for the weekend:
plan your lessons
send them to your mentor
plan the next school year
get the materials you can already get
read „Woyzeck“ and work out your first plan to look at it tomorrow with Kristina and Sophie
Tasks for my private life: -Draw on your iPad (1h) -Continue writing your story (1h)

It’s already late and I have a lot to do. I’m a little disappointed even I had the weekend to finish it I spend to much time with my family and didn’t focus on my priorities. I love them but now I am late and I think they don’t understand what I have to do.
- correct the test of my 11. grade (2hours)
- make the marks for my students (1hours)
- overview the marks of my 8. grade (2hours)
