I feel so guilty but I find that whenever my partner's not giving me all his attention I do something that he'll tell me off for. I want him to be proud of me and I never want to be an inconvenience, normally I try my best to be well behaved, but I don't care in the moment because it feels like the only way I can get him to focus on me, which I feel he's doing less and less. I'm pushing him away, I'm being bad, but in the moment it gives me the little bit of attention that I wanted.

It's stupid, I know. I'm too reliant on him, I need to learn to be alone. He's not even my CG, he never agreed to look after me, he's only ever witnessed my involuntary regression and I try so hard to keep that part of me away because when I do regress I get clingy and I act out and I become everything he doesn't deserve.

I miss him. Just feel guilty and scared.
