I lost this notebook during a move and found it again today. Someone said this at Coach Summit and it resonated with me so much I had to put it in red on a separate page. Life is funny isn't it? Because precisely at his moment in my life I need to be reminded of this. Regardless of what trials and tribulations we're going through, we must remember that we're not alone. EVERYONE HAS A STORY! I will not allow misery into my life, I will not allow people who do not accept the unconditional I give to tear me down, I will not allow bad friends/relationships into my heart and I most certainly will now allow myself to be defeated and deter me from my life's mission.
