Jenna wasn't having second thoughts about her decision

Matty was who she wanted for the entire season. Look what the executive producer(and creator of the show) said about the end of the episode: "It had nothing to do with Jake or the boys. [...] Here she is, she's finally gotten the guy she's been pining over from that summer, and it's the idea of OK, she's just given up this opportunity and this trip to go to Europe and have an experience and she's sacrificing that to stay with Matty. Is that really what she needs? For two seasons, it's always been about the boys and now the conversation is turning to her"

I really doubt that Jenna will ever go back to Jake again. The showrunner also confirmed that the triangle is over. Her words: "The love triangle between Matty and Jake is done. We're not playing with that anymore in the show. Now that she's in a relationship, there's a lot of drama and conflict and confusion that arises, trying to figure out who you are as a person and also who you are as it pertains to the relationship you're in."

I really don't think Jenna will change her mind about being with Matty.

Season 3 is supposed to be focused on “Who do I want to be?” And I think even though Ben wasn’t right for her mom, Jenna will realize that her life doesn’t have to be exactly the same as her mom’s was, so she will stay with Matty.

Oh god.. I really don’t like how people took the ending in such a wrong way. It wasn’t Matty she was second guessing!@#!

  After her talk with her mother she saw how sometimes being with the one you love can affect what you want to do in life… At that moment she realized she was doing something she might not have done in the first place, if she had not been with Matty. She saw Jake and Tamara hitting it up on the dance floor, while she was sitting Matty’s lap watching. It reminded her of what her mom had JUST told her. Of course, it looks bad with how she reacted to Jake and Tamara but, I sincerely don’t think there was any jealousy, just quite shocked that her best friend and her ex were kissing. (Who wouldn’t be a little weird over that?)

She is going to need to find a way to still be herself and not lose herself in her own relationship. To have a relationship rule your life and how you are and act often happens  to teenagers, even adults, it is just another lesson Jenna will learn.
