If you had the skills, the money, the everything necessary for this hypothetical situation: would you make an unofficial, fan-made Orre game?

I would. Would it be good? I don't know. I can hardly call myself a leader, let alone a developer. As part of the necessary resources I would need a team of programmers and artists and ensure that they are paid. Assuming all of that would fall under "everything" necessary I would give it a try. I know that at least I would be a writer for a new story and environment if I were given the chance. Used to be a fan fic writer with keen attention to details but I lost that mojo long ago.

messy doodles of a headcanon I have in which Jovi has been given responsibility of purifying Hordel's Togepi (she wants to help so Michael lets her tend to the least threatening shadow pokemon), but she ends up bonding with it before she has to hand it back.

She calls him Toto.

After he's purified and the time finally comes to hand him back, both Jovi and Toto are heartbroken. Hordel, seeing that they've bonded, let's her keep him - Toto's so happy he evolves!
