Deep breath in take only what you need

exhale everything that does not serve you.

Hands are the motor control of the heart,

face them out to the world, open palms, embracing. You are magic and stardust and you already come that way, no assembly required, all that you need is already inside. The work now is to shine brighter, extend to others, feed the energy of the world.

Take solace in your strength. Use it. Push. Grow. Breathe. Extend. Strong hands, strong heart. You can.

Consciousness stream

If you just slow down, just a little bit, it's scary there isn't it? When the wind can't carry you away, when you let it all pass you by, standing in the middle of it and holding steady. Watching the chaos and not releasing into it. It's easier to let go and get ripped into the tide. Easier is not better, though. As you know.

Now is now and now. Time to pause. Survey. Hold on. Just hold. On. For now. Maybe this is the place. Maybe now. Take a new direction. Catch your breath. What if? And who's there? And why?
