nope not at all. i find if i did want to include something like that it would be... idk, very tricky to navigate around/deal with considering where i want to take the story. i dont really have the required nuance to really write high-politicking-plus-homophobia either. if i did want to, that would be the focus of the story to really give a situation like that justice. adding it in as set dressing feels... weird? idk

there WILL be some gender stuff surrounding azula though, her position as a woman, princess, general of the fire nation and so on. im really interested in how azula percieves her own gender, and i have some fun ideas surrounding that!
