MIK. it’s surely a while haha— Well, I will be coming back to tumblr and such, but more on my personal blog due the fact that I need more visibility for my artwork and commissions. Right now I don’t have the blog even made but soon enough – and I will make sure to let everyone in all my blogs to know. Especially those who are looking for artwork for their OCs and such. 

Still, if you want to commission or help me spread the word, I would appreciate it very very much because right now dear lord I am broke af. So I’m trying to get my crap together.

SIMPLE SKETCH COMMISSIONS

Hey there, it’s Raikaris; the person behind @raikaris​, @ninnekomata​, @headclf​, and a few other blogs.

2020 has not been a very kind year to me or my family financially, for a plethora of reasons. The biggest of which is that due to the current ongoing pandemic, I had to give up my job in the culinary industry for both safety reasons and to hopefully find work with better pay / hours. I’ve managed to get a new job to replace the old one, but we’re in a really unenviable position financially where while we’re staying afloat currently, if anything else happens we’ll immediately be in a bad spot.

In an attempt to try and build up some sort of buffer in savings for emergencies, I’m taking small, cheap sketch commissions! Payment is done through my Ko-Fi preferably, but I can also hand out my Paypal if that’s preferred.

Pricing and examples (which all come from my art instagram) can be found below the cut! You are also free to just donate if you feel like being nice and have some spare change laying around. Every bit is appreciated! If you can’t afford anything, a like and reblog to spread the word is also appreciated!

Basic Pencil Sketch - $1.00

A simple drawing of a character done in either black ink or pencil; may be semi-detailed but I won’t do much to clean up stray lines.

Lined Sketch - $2.00

The sketch will have inked line art added to it for better visibility. Any pencil lines present are either cleaned up or erased entirely. MAY include some small pops of color for accents.

Flat Colored Sketch - $3.00

Line art and flat colored are added to this sketch; color will be done in primarily Copic marker or possibly colored pencil.

⚠️EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS!⚠️

I am super embarrassed on doing this again but this month took the worse turn this month and between the natural gas company rushing my family over a big debt, food costs and myself not being able to buy my medication ( and now going on an abstination state ) , I am taking small commissions to raise around 400$usd or as much as I can along with my savings to cover the rest of the month and these issues. Please, please, spread the word. Any help with reblogs, tips or donations are very welcome as I’m rushing in these to get the money before october 24th.

mik. suffering and despair. but yeah, I do around three poses and make 3-5 expressions on that pose and bam, icon . the trick is to be really extra and change the positions and sizes of the picture/face in the icon to give a certain vibe.
