There’s still some nice things about humanity.
I feel like I’m walking into the same trap I did in the group chat the other day because saying no is exactly what someone who would do that, would say. Stalking isn’t nice behaviour at all.
Like?
You’re right, it’s not. You’d be surprised how often it happens, though. Can never be too certain of people.

Not just America, I’ve seen it in in some European countries too.
Which show? The Umbrella Academy? I had to watch this season by peeking through my fingers. I had to watch last season peaking through my fingers too but not nearly as much.
How lovely. My faith in humanity lessens by the day.
No, I do like that one but not the show I was talking about. Will you try to stalk me if I told you?

Yeah, I understand that.
If the opportunity presents itself, we’ll have to get to know one another.

You’re right there, but I don’t do the crawling.
We won’t because I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. Like I said, I’m not the one doing the limbo.
That’s good, anyone who is for some of these clowns is wasting their time.
Right, I just need to meet you before I can have any further opinion.

Nice, just give me the address and I will make sure to stop by.

Well, you could always stop by the store as well. It’s a pretty busy week so far.
Yeah, you still focus on comics and stuff right?

Well, if we combine it to Weird Men, then you would think the standard was low, but even then no one wants to play limbo, do they?
Um, first of… have you seen me? Queen material, and second off, the confidence really just buys a lot of royalty points. it’s either me or the old lady in charge. I’m also charming, trust me.
Around here you all are crawling on the floor with how low that standard is...
I’ve seen you, yeah. A pretty face for sure but I don’t know if the personality matches. I don’t judge a book by its cover cause that usually leads to problems. We’ll see, though.

The standard of weirdness or men?
That’s honestly the first time I’ve ever heard that, but whatever, we’ll see if it sticks. Just call me Queen Oriana.
For everything, I guess.
Ah... well ‘Queen’ is a high honor and where I’m from honorifics are taken seriously. Why should I refer to you as such? You have to sell it.

I mean, it seems to be a Texas thing, at least. One of those gross dudebro things I don’t miss all that much, but I guess every place has it’s fair share of wannabe cowboys.
Nice to meetcha, Minsu – name’s Marco, and while I drive a truck and wear jeans and boots out of necessity, I can freely promise I’m not one of those disgusting dudebros.
I’ve never seen that before... but we will see what other surprises this move brings. An odd way to live out that kind of dream honestly.
Nice to meet you, Marco. As long as you don’t spit, then I don’t have a problem with the rest.

Like I said, much worse things could be said.
Thanks, I appreciate the invitation.
You’re right, I have said worse.
Definitely. I came to catch up on things.

The sass, I adore it. But unfortunately, people think it’s “badass” to just hock a loogie on the sidewalk. Imagine someone thinking it’s an impressive thing to do. Now, I don’t know exactly what show you’re talking about so I guess we can talk, however don’t think you’re the only one who can call the shots in the conversation.
That’s... the strangest thing I think I’ve ever heard. The standard here is really up there isn’t it?
Ah, well with you I guess I’m safe. Yes ma’am. Any command you just lay it on.

I love that the first thing you posted on here is an insult, then again there’s worse things you can say. I hope you’re all settled.
I thought I was being kind, all things considering...
I am for the most part. I’ll have to have you by for a housewarming, ha.

Is it an American thing that people randomly spit on the floor? Disgusting.
Anyway, I’m Minsu and I guess this is my intro to this lovely Silverpoint town. Don’t bombard me with questions about the show and we can talk.

starting occupation: Actor
(+) Passionate, hardworking, thoughtful . (-) Blunt, stubborn, guarded
Minsu Lee was the product of a Korean drama style romance, which made it inevitable that he would one day star in them. His mother’s family had migrated to the States when she was a child, specifically to North Carolina where they opened their own market. His mother, Binna, had kept in touch with a childhood best friend, Hwan. The two would grow up with each other thousands of miles apart, and Hwan would end up Minsu’s father. Binna had made the decision to follow her heart back to Korea once she was old enough to do so on her own, though she missed her family greatly.
Minsu and his little sister, Iseul, would also miss out on a lot of time with the family that was no longer in Korea. Even so, Minsu loved Korea. He grew up proud of his culture, learning to carry out traditions and recipes of his family. He always tended to be a soft spoken person, but he had a passion for performance. He loved to embody other characters and entertain people, which he did a lot of in school. His family had supported his dream of becoming an actor, seeing him through several kdramas. His current one, Honor Over Love, is his greatest success to date as it appears as number one on Netflix’s home page whenever a new season airs.
The roles he scores, however, is not that typical dreamy male lead like his father had exuded in real life. Minsu was cast as the bad boy, the character with a rough back story and acted out as a result. He was not quite the fan favorite, and the image he portrayed on screen followed him in his daily life. When he met new people, they would make assumptions of him if they had watched any of his work. It becomes exhausting for Minsu, so much so that he has given up on sticking up for himself and ridding that stereotype from his name.
While his show is on a hiatus, Minsu decided that he needed a break from it all. He keeps in touch with his family, particularly his cousin Robin when he can. He made his way to the city in Maine where the other male lives, hoping to catch up with him as well as discover what else may be in store for him in a new place where not everyone knows his name.
