Two announcements: 1) Tonight’s #thursdayvegprixfixe will feature an autumn salad with poached pears and champagne vinaigrette, creamy polenta with mushroom ragoût, and a ricotta and wine-poached rig tartlet. 2) I’ll be cooking next Wednesday at the @park_church_coop ‘s annual fundraiser. Ticket includes a four course dinner, drinks, and live music.
