Julie-Sue (Delancy) Harris – Bio Summary

A Private detective with a sharp mind, Julie-Sue Harris is no stranger to darkness. Once a kind and gentle woman, her past tainted by betrayal and survival has hardened her, making her stoic, observant, and resilient. A victim of a bioweapon experiment gone wrong, Julie harbors a mutated strain of the Mold mixed with Cadou, granting her avian-like abilities. Though she suppresses her mutations with a serum, her alternate persona, Lady Seraphim, emerges under extreme stress in order to protect Julie and is far more willing to use the monstrous gifts/abilities Julie doesn't really care for.

Standing at 5’10”, Julie carries herself with quiet authority, often seen in a sleek white trench coat and Victorian-style boots, a reflection of her old-fashioned but practical style. Her piercing violet eyes, a rare genetic mutation, sometimes flicker with a yellowish hue at times, a silent warning that Lady Seraphim is never too far away. When relaxed, she prefers denim shorts and a tank top, a simple contrast to her usual refined appearance.

Julie is a skilled investigator with a photographic memory, a natural talent for reading people, and expertise in Systema combat. She wields a customized Winchester Model 12 shotgun, a classic revolver, and a twin-blade pocket knife, each a tool of both precision and survival. While she rarely relies on her mutations, Lady Seraphim embraces them, sporting quadruple owl-like wings, razor-sharp talons, heightened senses, and a high-pitched screech capable of stunning foes.

Her closest allies include Leon S. Kennedy, Rebecca Chambers, and Ren Haze, the latter being an engineer who crafted her Laser Orbs; hovering weapons designed for precision and psychological intimidation. Ren, whose past is intertwined with a secret bio-research, owes Julie a great debt, and their partnership is built on mutual trust and survival.

Julie seeks justice, balancing the line between human and monster while keeping Lady Seraphim in check. While she may have changed from the woman she once was, she refuses to let her past define her, choosing to fight for those who cannot fight for themselves.

She is also the Mastermind and Leader of Night of Mysteries Inc. her own Detective Agency that looks into supernatural cases and helps bring closure to cases that go unsolved and unanswered. She's the one they call when things get swept under the rug to reveal the Truth behind these cold cases.

This is a Rough Idea for my Crossover Detective OC Julie-Sue Harris. I may change a few things around. But it's a thought.

This is my Persona 4 OC. She's a crossover character from my Original Story. I always thought she would fit in Persona 4 Golden, so I decided to draw her in that style and make her a Yaso High student.

The Galaxy hair only appears when she activates her persona in the TV World. Her Arcana is the Hope Arcana, A variant between Faith, Star and Sun Arcana that I made up and stitched together.

I may write about her one day or at least draw pictures of her. Hope you guys like it!
