when the two male best friends in a movie have more chemistry with each other than they do with their canon female partners but the movie isn't woke enough so the writer pulls the "he's like a brother to me" card........

for the ensemble characters, the descendants one was based off the cheshire cat and their name is chester (wowoow so original) (i was young and edgy and salty that i wasn't in the evil ensemble okay) and the addams family one was a 1600s executioner named lixian (yes after markipliers editor... idk mann this was freshman year 💀)

all jokes aside i think snow and greta would get along (we're obv ignoring time periods here guys)

barrel and lixian be twinning with the killing people job

Im on. A school trip.

Adn one of the kids. Made a booktok reference. That I only got bc I've seen ppl memeing on booktok.

So I laughed and said "booktok, yeah..."

And the popular guy whos like the leader of the friendgroup goes "What, you know booktok?"

Since I don't actually read any of the books that are popular on there, I said "nah, I just got the reference."

He jokingly tells me that it sounds to him like I'm a fan of those books.

And somehow I forget completely out of my element surrounded by people that listen to the weekend and have probably never touched tumblr with a twelve-foot pole, because I decided it would be an absolute killer joke to respond with "Nah, I go to fanfiction for that."

Entire table goes silent.

It's a good thing I'm never seeing any of these people again after we get home because good lord they all looked at me like I just admitted to being jack the ripper
